Someone keeps greifing my house..

I have no idea if this is where this goes but yeah. This is the second time this has happened and I wanna know how I can find out who did it.. I've logged on to find that my house has had it's windows broken and item frames stolen. Then I go into my mining den to find it's been littered with chickens and the entrance to the underground area has been blocked off with lava. Is there anyway someone can help me with this?

Koko and I have dealt with the situation. Turns out it was two separate, unrelated individuals griefing Heat's house. Damages have been undone for the most part and the offending individuals have been dealt with for now.
