Hello everyone, I would like to start a town with contributions from as many different sources as I can get. Because of this, I am looking for people to build houses. As an incentive for this, I am offering half a stack of iron ingots for a finished house, as well as supplying all necessary building materials and tools (iron). By default I'll give you about a 15 by 15 area to build a house in, but this area will be easily negotiable, just ask me. The only other guideline for the houses is that I would like them to be at least somewhat rustic/medieval looking, so just don't go building a house out of iron blocks or anything like that. At the moment I am only allowing people to build one house, but I hope that I'll be able to expand enough so that I can allow people to build more than one house. I am hoping to populate the town with NPCs, so somewhat liberal use of doors would be appreciated, but is not required.

I am located pretty far from spawn (x:2770, z:1530) and will be providing all the necessary items, so it would be easiest for you to start working when I am online, which is most of the day. Please note that pricing may be subject to change partially based on the quality of the house created, though I won't be too harsh a judge.
