Regarding the newest Minecraft update.

So, Minecraft (at least for me) came out with an update for version 1.6.1, and in doing so of updating, I can't connect to the server due to it being an outdated server. Is the server going to be updated to 1.6.1 anytime soon? (sorry if I'm making a thread in the wrong place.)

If you really want to play right now,
assets.minecraft.net/1_5_2/minecraft.jar
Download that and replace your jar in %APPDATA%/.minecraft/bin
Other then that, it's when bukkit updates.

We won't be updating to 1.6 for a while, lol. Bukkit's not going to update for another week or two at earliest and we'll have to wait another week or two after that before plugins even begin to update. I'd say don't expect an update for another month.
