Meteors of Triple Dimension is an upcoming anime by ForeverShrine with the story centered around the PC-98 era.

I'm pretty hype.

The animation may pale in comparison to series like Memories of Phantasm, or even older AMVs, but I'm not going to knock it before actually watching. It's not like they'd have a professional budget anyways, and as long as the other aspects prevail it shouldn't be too big of an issue. Still, the animation could be polished up more.
