Interesting House Idea

So I made this very quick layout, & basically it's 6 separate buildings, connected by both the basement & the garden. Each building will be about the size of my current bedroom. In the garden are 7 statues, each depicting a different character from Touhou, which is why I posted it here first. Obviously, everything is not to the scale I want it. Tell me what you think.

I'll suggest this: Horseshoe design.
Bedrooms, Bathrooms, and Laundry Room in one wing, Kitchen, Dining Room, and Living room in the other.

I kind of see what you mean. I've never seen a house where the dining room & kitchen are separate. It's weird. Other than that, it's a good floor plan.
