So, first year of High School is nearly over and I managed to get by without being on Facebook pretty okay. Next year tough, I've heard that things will be a bit different. Apparently, if I don't know Facebook then, then my grades might drop as I'll have problems answering a lot of tasks we get. That's why I was wondering if anyone here could teach me Facebook over the summer, so things wont go so badly.

So, something I have a good feeling someone will ask is, why do I need Facebook for school? Well, the answer is simple. I'm in Media and Communications, and as you might have guessed, social media is kind of big within those two.

Facebook is simple to use so I don't see why you need help. When I was in Media, I didn't need Facebook. I only made one for the club trip to Japan but now I use it for like anime updates and team meetings.

I'll teach you Facebook.

Step 1: No drug or alcohol references.
Step 2: No sex related things.
Step 3: No "What I had for lunch today" type posts.
Step 4: Talk to others frequently.
Step 5: Fill out your about page.
Step 6: Be sure to have your language set to American English. You can't get all the features in Pirate English or whatever.
Step 7: The unfriend button is ironically your friend!
Step 8: Always set your privacy to be strict, because FB won't do it for you.

Make a facebook and add me. I can teach you most of the basics through mumble most likely. (It's easier to teach things interactively than with a wall of text xD)
