Yes,I was used DoF effect in second pic. I has a poor computer so I can't make a better render.

It's not Touhou xD It stands for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, which is what you do when something stops breathing, lol. (The whole "pump them on the chest, mouth-to-mouth resuscitation, etc)
