Known as the Strongest Swordsman in Gensokyo, Youki is wanted for an unprecedented amount of money, as leaving someone as strong as him unchecked is dangerous. However, he's vanished into parts unknown as of this timeframe. If you come across him, do not fight him! Simply observe from afar and report it.



Kokoro is wanted by the World Government because of unknown reasons, but she's had this bounty since she was born.



After escaping from Kourindou, Rinnosuke has made himself known as a ruthless warrior. He's currently acting as a pirate and searching for the truth of "Gensokyo."

He's known to possess incredible intelligence and strength, do not engage him alone.



Captain of the Scarlet Devil Pirates, she's become infamous due to her cruelty and egotistical personality, she does seem to have a kind side to her however, if you can reach it.



A member of the Scarlet Devil Pirates, she's the Captains right hand.



Captain of the Sunflower Pirates, she's amassed her current bounty by her deeds of acting against the World Government, even fighting against the Seven Warlords at times. Her motto is that she loves to be free, and that if the Marines wish to put a stop to that, she'll fight against them. However, she has never once raised a hand against civilians or plundered anything.
