Does anyone play the old Konami series, Castlevania, Contra and Gradius? Are they too hard for you? Easier or harder than Touhou? Which one is the hardest? Or what else do you think about them?
I imagine most of the discussion will be about Castlevania because that's the only one of those three still getting new games on a regular basis (unfortunately in the form of Lords of Shadow now), and because of Koumajou Densetsu. But discussion about either of the other two is also welcome at any point.
