Meaning that maps that are "custom fun" like Night of the Dead, Poker Defense, Desert Strike, Run ling run, and so on are free to play!
And pretty much I guess if you were to buy Starcraft II all you are probably buying is being able to play the Campaign of the game itself + able to play Ranked/Unranked games
