How long until this song gets patched into the American version of Smash Wii U?

It's "Ashley's Theme Ver. 2 (JP)", & it is quite awesome. So I looked up how to get it, & apparently only the Japanese have it. I would assume that not having the same songs may cause some online compatibility issues, but I might not know anything because my friends never play when I want them to, so I've never been online. Even if it doesn't cause compatibility issues, I still want it!
