Now that I think of it, If Chrom has Lucina as a child, then Robin and Lucina have female Morgan, then if Morgan gets married and has a child, does that make chrome a great-grandfather?

Possibly but they wouldn't appear in-game. As far as I know, children are based on the mother. Since FMorgan is the only possible grandchild you can't get a 4th generation in-game.
It would be funny for Chrom to be a Great-Grandfather before he hit 30. He's one busy king.
