"You want tremors? I will give you tremors!" Nera growled as her arms and feet were glowing with aura, not blue this time, but red as her energy was passing her limits. The lucario charged her punch and slammed it to the floor in the direction of the golem making it move tile to tile.
Not stopping, the jackal kept making tremendous attacks moving the statue as the whole room shaked with each attack. If one could pay attention, small stains of blood could be seen from were the fist or foot make a tremor. Nera looked at her partner and her face color drained by the scene
Taomon wasn´t fairing well either, her body sweating heavily as she was already on her knee. The shaman´s paw barely grasping the talisman that was sucking her energy fast. The concentration on her face was one of steel as only her will was maintaining her from collapsing of exhaustion. Taomon noticed that Nera was watching her and she yelled "Come on Nera! Let´s do it!" she growled making a powerful push of energy towards the magician´s talisman
The lucario focused on her final punch, the fist practically crushed the tile as the seismic power moved the golem to its goal. Her arms and feet had small lines of blood caused by the extreme stress as she fell on her back panting in exhaustion
Taomon broke the bond as she also fell going back to her normal form. The fox was on a kneeling position using her arms to stabilize from falling face down, breathing with the reserves of energy she could grasp

"Alright!" Annie shouted as the enchantments broke. All statues were in the right location. The furnaces immediately turned off, resetting the ground to even floor. Behind the statues, to the far end, a door appeared and swung open by itself, leading the party to darkness.
"Good job team..." Patchouli cheered weakly, lying on the ground as well to take a break. "Everyone... take five..."

John was happy that the puzzle was finally finished, and thanks to his Spartan enhancements, he was already fully recovered by the time Nera pushed the statue to its switch. After engaging the safety constraints on his armor, John looked over to Renamon and spoke.
"Do you need the energy now? I only need to pump my suit's energy into your digivice, which will then replenish itself in a couple seconds. From there, we can replenish everyone's energy and finish this sooner.", John said to Renamon.
It was evident that John wanted to move now and seemed slightly restless, most likely because the longer they waited, the less time Yuuka had. In fact, John had already pulled out his Barrett .950 JDJ and had already prepped it for battle.

"Ok.. jusst let me take some air" Renamon nodded and got in her feet. At first she staggered trying to balance herself, but she managed to be stabilized
Taking energy from John with her digivice, the fox went to Nera and poured enough enerfy to make her recover to better health and she did the same Process with Patchouli
Noticing that the spartan was getting desperate, Renamon sighed and looked at the spartan "I know you are restless and that our time is getting shorter, so that´s why Im asking you this. If things get long and time consuming, I want you to take Patchouli and run to the vault no matter what. You are the only one who can teleport in seconds to another place and durable enough to withstand a long run. Nera and me will deal with whatever tries to stop you, just focus on running forward" she spoke with her calm yet dead serious looking eyes

John listened to what Renamon said and noticed that he was becoming restless. To be honest, he couldn't help it, and perhaps Renamon could see that. Perhaps that's why she told him to take Patchouli and run if their progress was impeded again. If it happened again, that was exactly what John was going to do.
"Understood.", John said as he nodded at Renamon and put his gun away.
After he put his gun away, John pulled out a small stack of cards. Based on their design, they looked to be spellcards, each one with a letter depicting what difficulty they were. John looked them over and quickly came up with possible scenarios where he would need them. Just in case, John also decided to give Renamon one of them.
"Here. Use this if things get bad.", John said to Renamon as he handed her a card with a green "N" on the back of it.
"This spellcard is called 'Perception Sign ~ "Spartan Time"'. It will allow you to go into 'Spartan Time' for thirty seconds. It doesn't seem like much, but thirty seconds can be all the time you need to turn a losing battle into a win. Just be sure to return it to me later, when we get out of here.", John explained to Renamon.

Takoizu came into the room to see Yukari asleep, but somehow she knew that she was being watched and shot up from a laying position. It surprised Takoizu a little but it was nothing too bad.
"I wanted to see how you were doing. You scared us all back there.", Takoizu said to Yukari.
"So how are you feeling?", Takoizu calmly asked as she approached her.
Takoizu came into the room to see Yukari asleep, but somehow she knew that she was being watched and shot up from a laying position. It surprised Takoizu a little but it was nothing too bad.
"I wanted to see how you were doing. You scared us all back there.", Takoizu said to Yukari.
