[IC Board] All the World's a Game - Season II

Times Square - New York


Deathrap stopped attacking and stared at the circling man. He just opened his arms and made a powerful clap. The force of the clap made waves of force around him going to the jetpack man.

Gaige stopped flying upwards and floated for a few seconds, she looked down and spoke "Im so grateful that I can sustain hard falls". She saw a man flying towards her and the ginger took both pistols firing normal and corrosive bullets to him as she started to fall thanks to the gravity

Times Square - New York

The Caucasian man was more nimble than he looked. He slapped the jab with a palm block and blocked the shovel with his knife. In both power and skill, the two was evenly matched. But one of them was a Character... I did not understand where that Caucasian man could muster up enough power to rival that buff Character.

"Land us, you fool!" The Caucasian man shouted at the pilot, who flinched and began sending us down. I looked at the open door to find that the other two bearded men were at the heat of the battle... how did it turn to this?

"Oof!" The bearded man grit his teeth. He was flung back severla feet, but he soon regained balance. "Good attack, but looks like you need some time to charge it up."

The bearded man shot upwards with his mobile jetpack. He drew his assault rifle and began showering bullets at Deathtrap from above.

"Eye of the Desert." The other bearded man muttered in Arabic. The time seemed to slow around him as the bullets nearly froze within an area. Through this, the bearded man was able to approach Gaige with his own scimitar. He swung across horizontally once he got close enough to be within arm's reach.

Times Square - New York

The Soldier was somewhat impressed at how the man was able to fight back. "I see you know how to fight! But can you fly!?" The Soldier said as he quickly charged at the man once more while he was distracted. As the man was distracted by looking out the door the Soldier quickly tried to ram into the man from behind recklessly in an attempt to knock the guy out of the helicopter.

Times Square - New York


Gaige was firing her pistols when suddenly the man was at arm reach in n instant, she instintctly put her mechanic arm to both act as a shield from the scimitar and tackle the flying man ("This is going to hurt") she thought

Deathtrap was faring ok resisting the bullets as he flew towards the firing man, he went for a series of quick slashes against the jetcpack guy

Times Square - New York

"What-" The Caucasian man asked, but stopped as he was flung back by the red soldier man. "You fool! What have you done----"

I stared at the sight, but had to hang on as the pilot suddenly jerked the helicopter and began running away fast. I could hear him muttering: "Fine... I'll get out of this hellhole myself if I had to, dammit..."

"Hya!" The slashes were met by the bearded assailant's own scimitars. He was using a traditional Middle Eastern martial arts to combat Deathtrap's attacks. A few bouts went until the bearded man pulled away and mounted on top of Deathtrap. "Let's see how you look without your suit!"

Times Square - New York


Deathtrap tried to get the bearded man, but couldn´t reach, its timer though was reaching its limit as the robot started digistructing away. In its final moment, DT mad another explosive clap upwards before disappearing until it would be called again.

Gaige crashed with the flying man´s sword and was so glad to have a mechanical arm as the scimitar made a good cut and almost touched the girl´s chest. She took out the fire extinguishers from her back and used the scimitar user as a platform to jump and fired to the canisters as she fell to the helicopter.

Streets of London - London

As Carl was about to take a closer look at the puddle, his "sister" Ada tapped him on the shoulder. Carl looked at Ada with a curious look on his face. She then pointed at Jack, Aisha, and Eve. As Jack began to approach "Ada" got into a defensive stance right beside Carl, much like a mother would get protective over its own child. Carl saw this and turned towards his "Sister"

"Ada, please. Don't be so rash and quick to judge. It is so unlike you."

"..."

"I know you are just being protective over me Ada, but there is no need to. At least not at the moment sister." Carl said to his "sister" Ada, which to everyone else was just seemingly a plain mechanical doll of sorts. Carl spoke to it as though it was speaking to him, yet the doll visibly and audibly made no apparant noise at all.

Ada drew back into a more stationary, and passive stance after Carl's remark. Carl then stepped forward as well.
"Greetings... Armored Man. I apologize if this is a private matter. You see my sister had just felt something odd coming from this exact location. As such the two of us had set out to find out what the cause of it was. You also should not fret over my safety. For my sister Ada is here to protect me. As long as I'm with her then I am safe!" Carl said as he looked at Jack, he did not seem to be that swayed by his appearance, or emotionless remark about the hazardous puddle. The tone and manner of which was both polite, and well mannered. He looked significantly younger than Aisha, and yet he seems to act more adult than her.

"..."

"Oh that is right Sister! How could I have forgotten to introduce ourselves!" Carl said as he looked over to his "sister" Ada before turning back to Jack. "My name is Carl Clover, and this here is my dear, beloved sister Ada Clover. It is a pleasure to meet you sir." Carl said as he gestured Ada to politely bow. Of which Ada, and Carl both bowed simultaneously.

Streets of London - London

Right as the doll got into a defensive stance Jack mentally readied himself for a battle, just in case, but right before anything could happen, Carl spoke up and explained himself to Jack. Once Carl was finished, Jack eased his mind and decided to calmly explain the situation to the boy.

"She's in possible danger as well. For all we know, that stuff is radioactive, meaning that simply being next to it is hazardous. I'd recommend staying back until I scan it for anything.", Jack said in a slightly friendlier, yet still somewhat emotionless tone.

Times Square - New York

"Aaaaaaaaa!" The bearded man, shot upwards by the explosive clap, lost control of his jetpack. One side of the jetpack was busted from the clap, sending the man down after reaching the maximum height. "Allahu Akbar! Filthy Americans will not know the true meaning of our Jihad! You will be judged in the end! In the-"

"Mohit!" The other bearded man turned around, but unfortunately for him the shower of bullets struck him and his jetpack. Sharing the same fate, he silently fell down the ground...

"You stay put! I'm not going to hurt you! I'm just hired to deliver you to someone!" I heard the pilot repeating in similar fashion to me. I could feel the terror enveloping his mind. It was my job to rescue relatively innocent people like this pilot and send him back to the right path. I opened my mouth to say reassuring messages when-

CLUNK!

The red-haired girl from earlier landed in the helicopter. Her mechanical arm was damaged, and her hair looked a little roughed up. Seems like she was done fighting one of the bearded man.

"You!" I exclaimed, not being able to think of anything else to say.

Times Square - New York

Gaige was tired from the explosive skyrocketing and the extremely rough landing on the helicopter, her mechanical arm was damaged but still functioning and her smile was still on her face

"Hey there blue girl, sorry for the delay, those guys harrased us for a bit, but here I am"she spoke with optimism. Then she looked at the pilot who was both terrified and focused "Relax man, Im just here for the well being of my friend here, so please let's all relax and land this thing before another thing occurs" Her words were to calm both the pilot and the gardevoir
