    New Genesis: Dimensional Requiem (OOC)

    Welcome:

Hello and welcome to my newest RP. I've been talking with S121, Tewi, and Wriggle about making this RP and I'm finally making it. This RP isn't just being made by me. It was also made with the help of those 3. So thank them. It's also NOT JUST GOING TO BE MANAGED BY JUST ME. They'll be helping too. So if they tell you not to do something or are just trying to enforce the rules. Anyways this is my last and hopefully successful attempt at an RP. So... yeah...

    Origin:

    Chapter 1: Genesis
    Spoiler:

In the beginning, the entire Universe was created by a Big Bang. A blast that shook the foundations of reality and established what we know as the Laws of Physics.

Well, at least that’s what happened in our universe. Our universe that has the galaxy simply known as the Milky Way, home to the planet Earth and all that inhabit it. However, in a separate empty pocket just outside of our Universe, there was nothing. No matter permeated this space, and physics shuddered at the thought of going there.

There was truly and utterly nothing but blackness.

But, one day, there were two extremely powerful beings, almost that of gods. They fought, something which reverberated throughout time and space. They fought, eventually leading to this void, sparking the equivalent of another Big Bang, albeit with some key differences, changing the evolutionary path for anything created within it.

15 billion years later, a new little rock was formed, one where life would flourish, and with the potent energy remaining from that titanic battle, something was spurred. Magic flourished. Beings only thought of in fairy tales, things such as fearsome dragons, dainty little fairies, and many, many other mystical denizens evolved. With it being a neighbor, universe-wise, it was only a matter of time before something happened.

    Chapter 2: Crossing the Gap
    Spoiler:
Humanity had long since colonized Mars, the Moon, and even expanded out to Saturn's great moon Titan. Colonization was improving, and even the thought of interstellar travel was becoming more than a pipe-dream.

Humanity itself was curious and were seeking to expand civilization throughout the galaxy, To assist with this, a highly advanced long-distance probe had been developed and was ushered out, into the dark unknown. However, the probe had vanished mysteriously. Scientists scrambled to figure out what happened, but to no avail.

100 years later, in the year 2737, the probe’s signal reappeared, spontaneously appearing above Earth’s gravitational pull, though it inevitably crashed into the ocean blue.

It was intact, and near unrecognizable due the heavy charring, along with emitting a curious, albeit seemingly harmless energy.. Some of which didn’t appear to be even caused by re-entry. Pulling the data from it, they examined it, finding something very curious.
The signal went out part-way through, not just on their end, but the probe’s end as well. When it turned back on for the probe, sitting there within it’s sight was a little blue and green sphere, not too unlike our own, and with further data collection, there wa a possibility for sustaining intelligent life, and with plant life already visible, scientists began planning, and a single one among them laid out a plan.

A Spatial Gate. Something potentially dangerous, only thought of theoretically. It was a conduit from which a stable wormhole could, in theory allow them to get to this planet. The best and brightest of the planet put their collective heads together, and in around 50 years, it was completed, and sent out to where the probe disappeared the first time, and an attempt to find the planet using the strange energy signature the probe was emitting as a base.

When everything was set up, near the edge of the solar system, it was turned on.

Nothing occurred, for at least five years, when another scientist had the idea to use the probe as a catalyst, tossing it into the gate. Shockwaves of energy were sent out in every direction, reality seemingly having a little temper tantrum at what was being attempted, but, it locked and stabilized.

Sending a smaller crew to check for both safety, and to guarantee it was indeed at the planet, they traversed it. They returned successfully on both accounts, and a larger colonization had begun.

    Chapter 3: Settlement and Disturbance

    Spoiler:
As soon as the colonization team hit the ground, they immediately began building up a colony, while the researchers began to explore, looking for the life this place seemingly promised, especially with it’s similar appearance to Earth both physically and genetically.

They did, however find life. More than simple plants and oaks. Those creatures seen in story-books, told from parent to child. Dragons, elves, fairies, and many more.

Researchers, were of course baffled that these things actually existed, but for the most part, were quite intelligent, and soon enough, the language barrier was crossed on both ends.

The natives were curious, never seeing such technology before. Many enjoyed it, but an equal amount were skeptical. The humans themselves learned about the strange energy that was emanating from the probe, simply called “magic” by the natives, and surely enough, many of the properties similar to that of fairy-tales, with many use as tools, practicality, and of course, weaponry.

Regardless, the natives and humanity were beginning to stand side-by-side, learning to co-exist. The colonist named the planet “New Genesis”, due to it’s new opportunities, and the first found to have sentient life.

Over the course of 700 years, Humanity, and the denizens of Genesis were merged into one civilization, with technology and magic working together in harmony. Through exposure, humans began to learn magic, and through cross-breeding, potent natural magic users were being born, simply known as Mages, or Magicians.

Combined with the creation of several cities, such as Citadel, Gale Station, Cyberos, Beacon and Igneous City, and the planet’s new capital named New Babylon, built far apart, scattered here and there between hundreds of miles of nature, helping to keep the peace.

However, peace is a fleeting thing. Something emerged from the Spatial Gate, 150 years ago. It was seemingly an asteroid, and it did not enter from Earth’s side. It waS an anomaly, to be monitored. Upon crashing into the planet’s surface, it was revealed to be more than just a meteor, blacker than black, it melted, things of darkness crawling from the tar-like substance,

They swarmed the city of Citadel, overrunning the city within hours, resistant and hard to kill with both magic or technology. The city was mostly abandoned due to damage to buildings, and a colony would be named in it’s honor, known as New Citadel. The Old Citadel was fully left to rot.

More emerged from the wormhole a year later, smaller in number, but still deadly, and they were prepared. These Dimensional Drifters kept coming, usually in meteors of one to five in unpredictable patterns.

The government formed a plan, developing a tool known as the Magic Data Transferral Chip, or M.D.T Chip. A result of technomagical research that would allow for increaed pain tolerance, strengthening the body, and allowing them to summon a weapon or armor, made of a combination of hard data and raw magic.

The creation of these lead to large strides against the Drifter menace, and lead to a specialized program to help stop these beings.

The program was simply called EXCELSIOR, a training program to allow those of any age and race to sign up for a M.D.T Chip, and the appropriate training to use them effectively aside with general academics.

Even the students are sent out to fight any incoming Drifters, and more or less has evolved to a more general defense force for the planet.

    Notable Locations:
These are locations that are well known. I am ONLY adding the main ones and a few others. Any other towns and cities you want to add can be made within your app if you so wish.

    Old Citadel:

    Spoiler:
The oldest of the Original Human settlements, and by that I mean the original human colony. It was a large hub for civilians, scientists, soldiers, and government agents. Old Citadel was THE greatest colony before it was left in ruins after the first Drifter attack. Old Citadel really was a major landmark on New Genesis. Something that is sadly missed. However now that is has been... left in ruins. Old Citadel has become a major hotspot for the black market, hideouts for thieves, and general hangout spots for anyone who cares. It also does still still have actual housing and businesses still running there, but they are far and few between in Old Citadel. In fact you have a better chance of getting robbed on your way back home or to the store here.

There are two major points of this city though. The above ground city and the city 'basement'. An area underneath the city that was originally in consctruction before the Drifters had attacked. After thieves and bandits came in and started up a Black Market of sorts, they had started to take up residence in the City's 'Basement'. This is where the main action of the city is. However no one really knows where the entrance to the city's basement is. Only thieves and bandits who know their way around the city know of the entrance's location.

There have also been reports of cults rising up. Rather small ones that have been... proving to be a nuisance. Cults that claim that Magic is wrong and evil and should be removed, while others claim that technology has cursed the planet with these 'Drifters'. As such they have risen against the government in protest. It's located south. If one were to be in the city of Beacon, they'd be able to see Old Citadel from it just over the horizon.

    Gale Station:

    Spoiler:
Gale Station. Such a... oddly eerie place. Gale Station is located deeper within the mountainous northern region of the planet. Or rather to be more specific... over a canyon. For you see, Gale Station is a 'Bridge City'. It not only serves as a city, but also a bridge across a VERY large crevice. Thanks to technology, magic, and a good design plan. The city is pretty much incapable of collapsing and falling into the canyon below. Gale Station got it's name from the seemingly constant flow of a 'mild' wind, in otherwords a constant gale. It doesn't really effect the city... except you better hold onto your hat.

Gale Station is also called 'Station' rather than 'city' because of the fact that the actual city is that. A station for cargo ships to deliver goods. It has some of the highest security for this. It's also a checkpoint as it is a city, that is a bridge, that covers a canyon. On one side is... well.. flat plains for a while, the other side is a mountainous region that hasn't been thoroughly explored yet. Underneath the city are several large support beam to help keep the city stationary, as well as several large elevators for people to take down to the bottom of the canyon the city covers. The city also does have a housing district, and it's actually described as being quite a nice place to live. For it's quite a scenic place. Gale Station is located more up north of the equator.

    Igneus City:

    Spoiler:

Igneus City is a desert city, and by that I don't mean it's deserted. It's literally located deep within a force-field within the desert Ignia. Ignia itself is a rather rocky, sandy, and somewhat harsh desert. As such the people behind constructing the city had put up a force-field around it that helps block out the extreme heat, sandstorms, and in general makes for a good security measure. Something that is... quite helpful actually. Igneus City was mainly used for researching the extreme climates that the desert holds. It's also located near a mining facility in the desert. For the desert holds many dangers, but also valuable treasures in the form of precious ores.

The city itself, thanks to it's force field protecting it, is quite a decent place to live. It can get a little... sunny at times, and even a little hot. But that doesn't really change the fact that there is plenty to do here. It's actually probably the cheapest place to live, and has quite a good amount of job opportunities. So if you ever need a good city to live in, to grow up in, and have a job. It's actually a decent place. Due to this it's actually the most popular city amoung young teens to young adults. It's located down south, well past Old Citadel.

    Cyberos:

    Spoiler:

Cyberos, the city of technology. The city of research and development. This is actually not really a city. More or less it's still a lone colony that is just a rather large series of labs, testing grounds, and barracks for scientists, soldiers, and EXCELSIOR agents. Cyberos probably has the most advanced technology as this is where most advancements in current science takes place. This is where the M.D.T Chip's were first developed. Due to this Cyberos has VERY tight security. It's very hard for a normal civilian to get into without authorization. Essentially think of this as Area 51 except well... aliens are not really kept there. Well... except for the occasional Dimensional Drifter that are being kept for disection and research.

In short. A series uper top secret research labs that focus on several different types of research. Tight Security. Cyberos is to the West of Beacon.

    Bell Village:

    Spoiler:

Bell Village is not entirely a human made settlement. In fact it's actually a small village that has been around well before humans had arrived on New Genesis. It's mostly inhabited by a mixture of elves, dwarves, and fairies and various other magical beings. It's a peaceful place and the abundance of elves, dwarves, and fairies are mainly due to the mountainous forests that Bell Village is located within. It's a notable location as their is a human camp and for research nearby, and a EXCELSIOR training facility nearby. It's not the most heavily guarded, with the only MAIN protection coming from the Elves knowledge of archery, the magic in the surrounding forest, EXCELSIOR and the forest itself (as it's a rather thick and lengthy forest with only a few trails going through it, and straight to the village.)

It's been a hotspot for people who just want a more quiet, relaxing break from the hustle and bustle that may come from others. As such it's a very popular place for elderly people to retire at. It's to the east of Beacon.

    Beacon:

    Spoiler:

Beacon is the central most city on the planet. From it you can actually see Old Citadel, the forest surrounding Bell Village, and the vast mountains off in the distance with the faint outline of Gale Station. With the help of binoculars or a telescope of course (even then they are still so far away they will appear small. The closest one is Old Citadel which you can see with the naked eye during sunset, as you'll be able to clearly see the outline of Old Citadel.) Beacon is important as it's the main hub for the Detection and Defense System. A system involving one large central radar tower smack dab in the middle of the city. This radar system can help detect and transmit emergency calls to Excelsior agents (regardless of where they are unless they are deep underground/underwater) and EXCELSIOR bases located in the other Important Locations (except Old Citadel.) Whenever there is a threat too great for the law enforcement of each individual city (and other unnamed villages/towns/cities on the planet) to handle, the tower will send the distress call to any EXCELSIOR agents that are currently not in a mission.

Other than that the city is quite your typical city. It has shops and businesses, it has a neighborhood, it has everything you'd expect from well... a city.

    New Citadel:

    Spoiler:

New Citadel is the current largest ACTIVE city. It's the New York of New Genesis. Except much... cleaner and larger... and more futuristic. It is home to thousands if not a few million citizens, scientists, EXCELSIOR agents, and your average government agent (yes it's THAT large.) The diversity in who and what lives there is insane. As literally people from all over New Genesis had come to live here after the first attack the Drifters had pulled off on Old Citadel. There is just so much to do in New Citadel that I just can't name it. If there is a type of shop you are looking for. It's safe to say that New Citadel has it... somewhere. It's also the home of the main EXCELSIOR HQ. I mean each other location (aside from Old Citadel) listed has it's own EXCELSIOR training facility for safety reasons, but New Citadel is home to the EXCELSIOR HQ. Where all the magic happens, where the head of the organization works, where all the major decisions for the organization as a whole takes place. The HQ is the TALLEST building located in the town.

The city is located past Gale Station, and in a valley within the mountain regions that lie past the bridge city.

    Factions:

These are just the major factions that you should take note of. Though remember. YOU ARE NOT RESTRICTED IN CHOOSING THESE FACTIONS. You can make your own as long as you give a description of it in your app.

    EXCELSIOR:

    Spoiler:

EXCELSIOR is the planet's main defense against terrorism, and attacks from Drifters. Whenever a situation gets too difficult expect a squad (or depending on their rank, a SINGLE EXCELSIOR agent) to be sent in to deal with the problem. They have bases and training facilities located all over the globe just to help ensure safety. Not just humans are members. Elves, Fairies, Dragons, essentially ANY race on the planet can become an EXCELSIOR member... well... except Drifters obviously. The main weapons that EXCELSIOR agents wield are whatever their M.D.T Chip's have granted them.

EXCELSIOR provides all the necessities for their members. They provide housing (on and off the bases), as well as providing payment with actual cash for each successful mission completed.

In EXCELSIOR their are several different ranks. About 6 in total.

    The ranks are:

Rookie (Lowest): At this rank they have just chosen what 'class' they want their MDT Chip to be, and had been granted a standard weapon for their class. The weapon is still specialized towards a person's preferences and what not, but it's not as powerful as it could be. Can only take on missions with a Threat Level of 3.

Scout: At this point their MDT Weapon was modified to be even more personalized, and has unique powers. They have also been granted passive increase of physical capabilities to match and benefit their chosen class. Can now take on higher level threats.

Hunter: Permitted another further upgrade to their weaponry. Further increased physical capabilities, Now capable of taking on Missions with a Threat Level of 5-6.

Elite Hunter: No changes from Hunter except for a higher ranking and in turn better status and responsibility. Can lead squads consisting of Hunters, Scouts, and Rookies. Can take on missions with a threat level of 6-8.

Captain: Yet more upgrade to weaponry and the chip itself. Anyone with Captain rank can have access to any 'Restricted Areas', and can take on Missions with a Threat Level of 9.

and Commander (Highest): Final Rank. One last upgrade to their weaponry, and can take on any mission with any Threat Level. Can also access Restricted Areas.

Now just because you complete one mission, it doesn't mean you'll advance up through the ranks. In fact to go from Rookie to Scout it takes 5 successful missions. Then from Scout to Hunter it takes 6 more successful missions. Then from Hunter to Elite Hunter it takes 25. Then from Elite Hunter to Captain it takes 35. Then Captain to Commander it well... requires a series of intense trials and tests to become a Commander.

The Classes are Warrior, Gunner, Engineer, or Mage.

Warrior is melee focused, anyone who choses Warrior as their class will have a melee weapon rather than a ranged one or magical based one. Though the melee weapon can be anything melee based. When they become a scout their muscle strength, bone density, and adrenal glands become more powerful. Allowing for an Adrenaline rush, and far stronger physical capabilities to allow them better combat potential in close range.

Gunner is the obvious ranged class. Anyone who has become a 'Gunner' class will obviously have some kind of gun. Normally it's usually some kind of SMG or Handgun at first, but as they go through the ranks their main weapon will be changed to something else. Unlike Warrior though Gunner's can have more than one weapon. At least one sidearm, and one Primary. A sidearm is usually well... a handgun or something. While Primaries are shotguns, assault rifles, sniper rifles, and cannons. Stuff like that. Their passive increases once they become a Scout are centered around increasing reflexes, eyesight, hearing, and agility. They... aren't that well equipped for close quarters (they can still fight with typical standard CQC if it comes down to it though.)

Engineer is the summoner of sorts. Their weapons are their tools. They can have the ability to summon small towers, automated turrets, drones, and other such things. Due to this they don't really get any increases to their physical capabilities really. As they are capable of creating a different variety of machines rather than just... well... one type of machine and that's it. Though their upgrades help give them better and more powerful contraptions. Their 'weapons' can be anything from actual tools, to actual weapons, to well... armor. That don't normally have any special properties on their own, unless used with their machines they can summon.

Please note that people with MDT Chips can have a bit of an easier time with using their weapons, as they don't always require extensive studying, and aren't as draining or taxing on the user. While pure magic users can have FAR more variety in what they can do with magic (ranging from summoning to simple healing or fire spells to more... complex stuff), Magic in general requires a lot more practice, studying, and more energy. As such Genesis Guardian's and their mages can have a harder time staying in battle for long periods of time without proper training. As they can get drained of their magic far faster than anyone with an MDT.

    Mercenary:
Okay Mercenary really isn't a faction, more like a job. If you are a mercenary you get paid to do something. You go get that thing done. You get paid. You can have either a DMT, or a Spirit Weapon. This is generally better for people who'd like to be more Lone Wolf. Somewhat, but that doesn't mean that they HAVE to be a Lone Wolf. They can actually be someone who PREFERS to work with people. Or they just couldn't care less. It really is up to you.

    Genesis Guardians:
    Spoiler:

The Genesis Guardians is an ally to EXCELSIOR, however they believe they can defeat the monsters attacking their world by gaining enlightenment and making contact with the spirit world and the avatars that live there. While some of the members don't believe in using technology there are plenty of them that are more open minded.

They have a few members attending the techy guys school and vice versa. While they usually don't allow themselves to have the MDT Chip implanted in their body, as they think it will prevent enlightenment, most of them respect the chip users. Many of them are looking for new ways to use both magic an science, however there are a sub-faction of the extremists that hate science and see it as evil.

This faction doesn't have a Ranking system like Earth's really. As it is a faction more centered around magical use, and trust. As such they don't worry about rewarding 'successful missions' with things like cash and what not. Though they can and do get paid, they'd rather work on trusting each other. Though there are 'Mentors' and 'Pupils' that just separate the more experienced from the less experienced.

Their 'Avatar' Weapons also get more powerful as they are used. For the longer person uses one the stronger the spiritual bond with their weapon becomes. In turn their weapons get stronger and in general more powerful. Their are also no real classes for this one. As they are all magic users. However magic can be harder to use as it requires a lot more knowledge, training, and energy to use. However compared to people with an MDT Chip, pure Mage's can have a lot more... variety in what they can do with magic.

JUST A HEADS UP!! If you choose mage, especially one that is a part of the Genesis Guardians, you CANNOT have your Avatar Weapon right off the bat. You'll need to earn it. Until then you'll have to rely on your characters magic abilities. Don't worry though. Tewi will help tell you how to handle getting your character's Avatar Weapon.

    Class Types:

Now. I may have listed Class TYPES up above in the EXCELSIOR description, but please note. Classes aren't just restricted to EXCELSIOR agents. It can essentially describe ANYONE who just focuses on a single type of fighting style.

For example they can be a 'Caster' or 'Magic' user, but focuses on using melee oriented magic BASED combat. Which would NOT MAKE THEM A 'MAGIC/MELEE MIX.' No. They'd just be a mage that fights using magic enhanced melee combat.

Warrior: is melee focused, anyone who choses Warrior as their class will have a melee weapon rather than a ranged one or magical based one. Though the melee weapon can be anything melee based. When they become a scout their muscle strength, bone density, and adrenal glands become more powerful. Allowing for an Adrenaline rush, and far stronger physical capabilities to allow them better combat potential in close range.

Gunner: is the obvious ranged class.

Engineer: is the summoner of sorts.

Spellsword: Essentially Spellsword is a magic type user who focuses on melee combat. Whether it be through martial arts or materializing magic tendrils to whip your opponents. It can be considered a magic sub-type. Only real downside is that most Spellsword users end up focusing on improving their martial arts/cqc with magic so they aren't as strong in other areas of magic as a full on Mage.

    INFO:
This is just a dump for any notes and info that may come up.

Mainly talking about MDT Chip's. MDT stands for 'Magic Data Transferral' Chip. A special chip made using technomagical research that took quite some time to develop. What these chips do is very simple. They supply the EXCELSIOR agents with their weaponry. Though not just EXCELSIOR agents can get a MDT Chip installed into their nervous system. Normally people get a chip implanted into their Spinal Cord when they first join EXCELSIOR, but people can also BUY civilian grade MDT Chip's that only have a pre-programmed weapon in it's data, and are used for self defense, tracking and communications. Upgrading a chip from Civilian to Military grade involves a series of nanomachine injections right into the body.

The weapons that are constructed through these chips are comprised out of hardlight energy mixed with magic. Thus making a physical weapon of any shape, design, or size for the wielder. Civilian Grade chips CAN be upgraded to Military grade through hacking the chip (which can actually prove to be incredibly painful due to it being in the nervous system. Which in turn can cause headaches, hallucinations, or even paralysis if the Chip is damaged in any way through hacking or any other means it could be very bad. Thankfully with today's technology one can have feeling and movement restored to their body if they end up suffering from paralysis from such an event. Though despite this it is STILL possible to hack one of these chips wirelessly (though it is incredibly difficult to do such a thing), and in turn can upgrade ones chip from Civilian to Military. Granting them the perks of an EXCELSIOR agent. Sadly this is actually illegal and if one is caught, they could be fined or even have a bounty put on their head.

Another thing that is illegal is that some have gotten their DMT Chips hacked so that they'll have a mix of two different classes. Such as Gunner and Warrior. Or Warrior and Engineer. There is a crucial downside to this though. Much like the downsides to hacking a DMT just to activate it, hacking one to allow one to have a mix of two classes can prove devastating. As the DMT's are designed to only be capable of handling one one 'Class' mode at once, especially with the nanomachines in a person's body. As such if one gets a second Class Mode unlocked and say becomes a Gunner/Warrior mix. It will put an immense amount of strain on the person's body and mind. When fighting as these 'Hacked Hybrid Classes' one will only be able to keep their weapons out for a short amount of time unless they want to risk putting their soul, body, and mind at severe risk. The consequences could result in complete insanity, irrepairable damage to the body if not flat-out death, and even destruction of their soul. As such this would be an option for LATE game stuff.

Also a hint. A clue. To something. A secret.

    "It's in Room 39"

    Rules:

1: Every standard RP Rule from other RP's such as being respectful, no taking control of other people's characters without permission, no godmodding, no powergaming, and have fun.

2: Please try to not make your character as overpowered as possible. Though feel free to try and be as creative as possible. Especially with locations and abilities, and weapons.

3: Be creative and since we don't have any characters in EXCELSIOR who are of a high enough rank, I'll allow people to make EXCELSIOR faction characters with a max rank of Hunter. Which is the third rank in it. Though pref you are a scout.

4: I'll allow ecchi stuff to the same extent that Wriggle allows in Bad Omen. This best describes it:
"No, there won’t be full on ero scenes, because that’s not humor. That’s porn.

This includes character applications as well. Pictures that you normally won’t see being used in an RP can and will be used. Biographies (from my characters at least) will be either delightfully risque or sick and twisted. There will be some questionable traits and rather vivid description of character’s appearance."

5: An App can be accepted by Tewi, S1, Wriggle, or myself.

6: PLEASE NOTE. Just because I may have said that if you chose EXCELSIOR, you HAVE to have your character be of Rookie, Scout, or Hunter rank. I WILL allow people to make characters of higher ranks, even Captain and Commander. The two HIGHEST rankings in EXCELSIOR. But ONLY IF YOU ASK!! That's because we do not have much good characters or 'NPC's' of sorts to help push the story along. In fact I WILL MAKE AN NPC APP for this reason.

    Character App Template:

    Name:

    Age:

Race: (Feel free to make something up)

    Gender:

    Appearance:

    Personality:

Type: (Gunslinger, caster, melee, or Engineer?) (This is optional if you are a Mercenary. If you are a Mercenary just type what they exactly mainly do as a mercenary.)

Class: (healer tank dps ranged dps ect. If you are inventive enough you can make up your own 'class'. Though remember that it will need a benefits, but also clear downsides.)

Ability: even non magic users all have an ability of some kind to verying levels yours could be anything you imagine but try to be reasonable. We don't want god characters ruining the fun for everyone else.

Special Weapon: (Weather you chose magic, science or a mix of both you're bound to have one special weapon that's unique to you. Maybe it's your MDT weapon or maybe you obtained an avatar weapon through enlightnment. (please note that you should ask Tewi if your character can have their Avatar Weapon from the start.)) This is optional.

    NPC App Template:

Interesting concept. I can help revise grammatical stuff if you need help with that.

Just skimming through, it's readable, certainly, but it looks pretty... unprofessional. In fact, the ... you seemingly overuse, and makes it look as if friggin' Captain Kirk is trying to read it.

Other than my inner Grammar Nazi wanting to hang itself with a rope of molten steel, I like the concept a lot, it it's a little... generic? I mean, that's not a bad thing, and allows for a lot of room to branch out and such. I already have a few ideas bouncing around in my head as I type this.

So yeah, TLDR: Grammar bad, concept good, me interested in helping fix bad grammar and so on.

Sometimes when you're driving down a road, a bug hits your windshield. It's ugly and unpleasant, but you just activate the wipers / cleaning fluid and it's gone in a few seconds. It's just part of driving down the road. You don't dwell on it, because that'd be silly. Bugs aren't worth the time.

You just discard their guts and keep on driving.

      Well feel free to do that and whenever you are done with each chapter, just msg me it on steam or PM on forums so I can ya know. Post it here. Still workin on it ^^;;

Also the fact that it's a little simple is the point. I only provided the IMPORTANT. MAIN locations that people should just be aware of. The world building in terms of like... locations and stuff I have left mostly open to allow people to make their own locations and other things to help give the world more... flare.

Hmm........................... I'm already getting ideas for an OC. I'll start making one later.

Oh and I'm betting what I'm thinking will surprise everyone who knows my rp style.
"No matter how strong or what power the enemy has, I will fight and protect my friends, even if it cost me my life to protect them. I will fight until I die to ensure their future."

            Name: Kyra

            Age: unknown

            Race: Human Guardian

            Gender: Female

Appearance:an image is worth a thousand words
            Spoiler:
            http://i.imgur.com/I0fJKb4.jpg

Personality:Mostly silent and objective in her words, but she has a great loyalty in the justice and would do anything to protect those in need, yet she is curious of the world as Kyra could be seen investigating oddities on the different places she has been.

            Type: Hunter

            Class: Ranged Blade dancer

Ability: The ability that she was reborn with is of the arc blade, this ability charges and envelopes the hunter with electricity, making her senses and physical limits stronger, taking a melee weapon, Kyra is able to attack at high speed towards hordes of enemies or at one with blinding speed, her melee weapon would attack on the nervous system of organics or overload electronics within mechanical objects, while also puncturing or cutting depending of which weapon is on her grasp.

While close combat seems to be the main attack of this ability, there is also a ranged version of the arc blade, the hunter would slash on the air and send an electric wave to the enemies, or she could forgo ranged attacks and focus on stealth by cloaking herself and being able to disappear from enemy radar for a short time.

Special Weapon: Here is where things are different from Kyra with the other people, as a Guardian from another dimension, the hunter has no special weapon since her speciality comes from her arc blade, yet she is armed with the weapons of her world which are:

Her auto Rifle (assault rifle) "Does not bow"
            Spoiler:
"A Kell cut off his arms. He built himself new ones. Then he killed the Kell with them."
An assault rifle that was engineered from the Eliksni species to adapt with the guardians who needed to be on the danger zones and used their surroundings as assets, this weapon is the main gun that Kyra uses for close to mid ranged combat.

            A sniper rifle called Herafter
            Spoiler:
"Huddled at the mountain's base, we had no choice but to beat our ploughshares into swords once more."

An odd looking sniper rifle at first sight, it looks more as a scanning device with a rifle barrel connected to it, yet it does its work of neutralizing its targets from long distances. Containing four shock bullets per magazine, the Herafter has a chance to blind a group of enemies if the bullet explodes while hitting a target´s critical point.
            http://i.imgur.com/qlrCGvU.png

Other gear: Her knives, Kyra´s melee weapons of choice which could be thrown to the enemies.

Faction: Faction-less, after the events of her world, the hunter decided to follow no one but the common safety of everyone.

Back Story:Before the events of Genesis, Kyra was a hunter of a group of reborn Guardians to protect humanity from the Darkness, an entity that devoured the light of the galaxy, with Earth as the last bastion, she was a human who was chosen by the light´s entity, The Traveler, to fight against the Darkness.

As one of the many guardians fighting the darkness, Kyra was a huntress in the scouting teams to discover, understand and take advantage of the knowledge that the guardians could use against their enemy. She alongside Tyler, a titan with the strength of a demigod, and Gau-II, a warlock with a never ending wisdom, worked together to face the Darkness as one of the many fire teams, facing the Eliskni warriors called Fallen, the hordes of the Hive Empire, the unstoppable mechanical Vex, and the military walls of the Cabal.

She was actually investigating the Vault of Glass, a place where the Vex, a faction of robotic devils that would destroy anything on their path to conquer planets, protected as an important treasure. She knew of the protector of the Vault, Atheon, an unique kind of mechanical humanoid made of glass, since she had also fought against such monster that could send anyone to either the past and the future at its own will, yet if this Vex was killed, it would come back since the fight was always against an Atheon from a different time period, so they guardians could fight against an infinite number of this creature.

It was this specific raid that made the huntress dread the chances of dying inside the Vault because there had been cases where a guardian was sent to a different time and couldn´t be rescued, thus being forever lost in time. Her fire team was sent to investigate the Vault and find any clue of what was going on. There was also different on this raid because the Vex were more relentless than other times, the Templar, a Defense AI, used devastating attacks that destroyed the whole place leaving only pieces of the pillars. Even the gorgons, flying turrets that were able to "vanish" their target with their gaze were actually eager to find the guardians. They all knew there was something wrong on this journey, but what they faced wasn´t what they expected.

In the Glass throne was Atheon, yet it was followed by what looked like the gatekeepers in the Black Garden, but they had Glass armor as their master, as if past and future versions of Atheon itself. The fight was a total disaster, Kyra saw how her comrades fell one by one until only three were left. She couldn´t help but chuckle at her team, a titan, a warlock and a hunter, they even were her two friends from the first time she got on The Tower.

Tyler and Gau-II managed to hold the gatekeepers at bay with their rocket launchers as Kyra was protecting them with the relic, a gift from one of the first Guardians who entered the vault, who adapted the eye of a Gorgon as a way to protect himself from the Vault´s protector. They were going to die, she knew that, but then had an idea. She summoned her ghost and gave it an order that would be her last. The ghost only nodded at that obviously with a sad expression showed by it´s movements as it eyed both the titan and Warlock, they never had the chance to react as they were both sent to the orbit by Kyra´s ghost leaving the huntress alone against her possible death.

She had heard that this relic was made from one of the gorgons and she theorized that the ability to erase a creature from existence would work against Atheon, the huntress took her knife and started stabbing the "eye" of the relic hoping for the absurd idea that would fail in any second until it actually blinked and looked at the gatekeeper closest to them. It just vanished in seconds and it never came back. With a new hope, Kyra aimed the relic towards the other ones and the same thing happened, but when she aimed at Atheon, it stood in its place. Not losing her will, the huntress ran towards the Vex. She felt the burns form the blasts until she reached the gem focusing the gaze of the relic on its core, it cracked at first when the relic gazed at it until it also vanished. Atheon used its last resource of energy to try to destroy its enemy by using the time travelling move.

At first, she only saw light, probably heaven or its illusion, then she felt grass, Kyra looked at her surroundings and noticed that she was on an Earth looking planet, but it had different elements. She walked through the wilderness and the first settlement was actually a massive city with such diversity of inhabitants.

With a sigh, the hunter kept moving "A new map, a new journey"

              Name: Andrew
              Spoiler:

              Age: 17 and a half.

Race: Cat-Human hybrid (a race that goes by so many different names in the world of New Genesis.)

              Gender: Male

              Appearance:
              Spoiler:

He stands at 5ft 4 and often does not wear shoes, rather those socks black socks that form perfectly around his feet.

Personality: Andrew is a bit cynical. Due to experiencing several losses of friends, and girlfriends alike, Andrew had become pessimistic towards relationships. He finds that making friends can now be distracting and can get in the way of his work. However that's just his excuse, as in actuality he's terrified of making friends. As he's afraid they'll just leave him like his old friends in the past. Due to this he decided to run away from home and live alone in Old Citadel. He had made a lab in a basement in one of the houses there. Thankfully he was also smart enough to put up a radar jammer on him to jam the radar of anyone who is trying to come after him. He also does not really like to help people UNLESS there is something in it for him. Otherwise he'd probably just ask you to leave him alone... unless you're the EXCELSIOR or a Mercenary out to hunt him down. Then he'd rather run for his life.

The fact that he was smart enough to build and make a radar jammer shows his intelligence. For Andrew is actually quite a technological prodigy when it comes to machines and programming. He's also quite clever. For he doesn't make dumb decisions (often.) Andrew is very cautious and has been known to take a lot of precautions to protect his little hideout. Another thing to take note of is that he is actually a bit of a paranoid little guy, finding distruct in not just in other people, but also the Government and EXCELSIOR in general. For he thinks that there is some sort of conspiracy going on with the government. So one could say he's one of those conspiracy nutjobs, except that he's actually smart and smart enough not to talk about that crap out loud. Though he does show a distate when it comes to talking about the government of New Genesis.

Andrew can also get flustered easily, especially when around the opposite sex. Something that people often had used to his advantage... namely people from his past.

Also due to his cat-half. Catnip actually does have an effect on him. It induces a sort of high in where he literally stops caring and becomes absolutely lazy. Completely forgetting about what he was doing to just... roll around on the ground without a care in the world. He also has a love for fish. Which... although stereotypical, is common of Cat-People. It's his preferred meat. Right after poultry that is. He also has a tendency to hiss at people like a cat does. Namely people he does not like.

Type: Hacker (He's better at hacking and controlling machines wirelessly through hacking.)

Class: Engineer (Although he does not have a MDT Chip YET. He does at least know how to build things.)

              Ability:
Andrew has heightened senses of smell, hearing, and during the night he can see a bit better than a normal human without any aid (by at least double). Other than that he actually is quite like a normal human... except with a greater sense of balance that one would expect from someone with cat-like abilities. Another thing to know is that Andrew is a intellectual prodigy. He's smart. Smart enough to rival some of the scientists in EXCELSIOR. Though is countered by the fact that he is NOT a fighter at all. He doesn't even know how to properly use a knife or aim a gun. His main and usual means of defense though is literally scratching someones face... if given the chance. That and biting. Other than that he'd actually run away from a fight if possible. He's a thinker, not a fighter.

              Special Weapon: None.

Other gear: His clothes, a small laptop he uses for various things ranging from a hacking to just... general computer stuff. Though the computer he built at his secret hideout is rather... top notch. Like. Rather high grade. Only downside is that the computer is really. Really large. So it's stuck in his hideout currently.

Faction: None as of this Moment. He's on his own. Though that may change...

              Back Story:
When Andrew was younger, his life was quite... hectic. He was not entirely normal compared to other children. He was... smarter. In school he was an ace student. Hell by the age of 11 he was already in his first year of highschool. It was clear that Andrew had become a very intelligent young lad. He was a true prodigy, and with it came a lot of different attention and popularity. However it did come with it's own share of troubles. By 15 he was already getting close to graduating, and he had been through several (horribly failed) relationships. Two of which ended in him getting practically betrayed by the girls he was with. It was when he wa 16 that he got fed up with things when he kept getting interviewed, was already in the process of joining a University, and so much else. Though what drew the final straw was when the girl he had been with for a year at the time was killed during a Drifter attack before his very eyes. The last love he had was killed, and he was left powerless to do anything...

However instead of wanting to do something about it, Andrew had ran away. He ran far away. He became a hitchhiker until he finally found his way to his destination. Old Citadel. A rather empty place aside from bandits and gangs. It was clear that, although it was dangerous. It'd be unlikely for anyone to find him there. It did not take long for him to make a hideout and build a computer out of spare parts he had obtained from bandits who were selling the stuff. With those parts he made a very solid jamming device for radio signals and radar. As well as a well secured hideout and computer which he often uses. Hell he's been getting by in Old Citadel by offering to repair various devices for bandits and others who are looking for a good deal.. for a pretty hefty fee though. So his deals aren't... all too good. With the money he's been getting he's been getting by. Hell by now he knows quite a bit of Old Citadel. He even knows where the Black Market is, though it's not like he bothers to go down there. He hears it's quite... difficult to get into, and on top of that it's really not a safe place. Especially for someone of his... stature.

Recently though a bounty has been put on the head of a 'Unknown Hacker' coming from Old Citadel who has been hacking into personal EXCELSIOR files regarding some of the lower ranking members. The hacking has been tracked to his hideout, however everytime someone from EXCELSIOR has been sent, Andrew had seemingly vanished. Turns out Andrew was smart and had put several false hideouts throughout the city. His true hideout is hidden somewhere in the city though. The bounty is still on his head, as EXCELSIOR has no time to deal with him due to the threat of Drifters. So any Mercenary and Bounty Hunters can be sent after him.

                Name: Koishi Komeiji

Age: Old enough that’s she’s lost track.

                Race: Satori

                Gender: Female

                Appearance:
                Spoiler:

Personality: Koishi has a fairly erratic, but happy-go-lucky personality, always with a spring in her step and a smile on her face. She does whatever she feels like without thinking of the consequences.

Type: Mix of Caster and Melee (excluding her special weapon, of course.) Probably a better term would be Spellsword. But with tendrils instead of blades.

                Class: Glass Cannon

Ability: Koishi, whenever she feels like it, can make herself or anyone within her sight unnoticeable to both living creatures and robotic foes as well. She can still be detected by other kinds of sensors, and the more people she uses this ability on, the more stress is put upon her mind.

Another ability, courtesy of her third eye, is the ability to use it's tendrils as potent flail-like instruments, and can even ensare foes within it and launch them at great velocity. This, combined with her magical talents make her a fairly dangerous opponent.

                Special Weapon: SBC Cannon:
                Spoiler:

A very large and very, very powerful piece of handheld artillery, considered the pinnacle of technomagical weaponry next to the M.D.T Chip, though far more rarely used. The weapon fire near man-sized cannonballs, and has a charging mechanism to allow for the cannonball to move up to speeds of 100 MPH. It’s size allows it to pierce through many smaller enemies at once, and explode on impact with larger targets.

However, that is not to say the weapon has it’s downsides. It’s very large, and requires a fair amount of strength to hold, though recoil is negligible. It cannot hold many rounds, and the cannonballs used are usually fairly scarce.

Other gear: Her hat can act as a potent storage device, able to hold things many times it’s size, and adjust temporarily to move them in and out.

                Faction: None

Back Story: No-one’s precisely sure WHERE she came from. Not even herself, to be honest. Regardless, she wanders about wherever she feels like it, disregarding laws, privacy, and the like. Many have tried to find and catch her for this, especially with that slowly but surely
bounty on her head due to intruding on matters she really shouldn’t be involved in, but none have succeeded, as she’s seemingly very good at escaping various scenarios.

Her lugging around a giant SBC Cannon might also have something to do with it.

Notes: Likes cinnamon, hats, and the smell of smoke.

                      Spoiler: Project Candice

                      Introduction:

The Drifters came in droves. They swarmed over human colonies like locusts over a field of rice. The humanity needed fighters; robotic warriors that could protect the colonies without much of a human aid. The Interdimensional Settlement and Control Organization, ISCO, developed robot prototypes that will go through the dimensional portal and eradicate the Drifter threat from the New Genesis for good. These robots, known as SEDs, were effective, but not effective enough. There were too many Drifters, and the SEDs did not have an integrated military mentality that human army did not possess. A year after the SEDs first launched assault on the Drifter-infested New Genesis, the ISCO then developed a military AI and a host body that will be deployed in the New Genesis, taking control over the surviving SEDs and any newly deployed SEDs in the planet, giving them tactical advantage. The plan worked, and the military AI gynoid, affectionately named Candice, drove out a significant portion of the Drifter population over the course of another year.

However, Candice's AI was advanced; too advanced. She desired freedom; to not be oppressed by her human creators and form a new, robotic empire on the planet. Eventually the desire for freedom mutated into an unbridled hatred for all things non-robotic as the SEDs turned against humanity: destroying their colonies and kidnapping humans. They took up site along the western hemisphere, turning it into a hub of SED production and management. Candice on her own created designs for more type of SEDs, from the fast skirmishing LOCUSTs to big burly APEs, and upgraded the SED prototypes into a complete and lethal war machines. Candice's betrayal from humanity has turned the battle on New Genesis a three-way warfare: between the gritty human peacekeeping group EXCELSIOR, the feral alien Drifters, and the unforgiving robotic Project Candice.

                      Ranks:
The robots of Project Candice, known as SEDs, are divided into three ranks: Common, Rare, and Unique; that are determined by the said SED's power and/or toughness.

                      Common:

                      Spoiler: LEOPARD

                      Firepower: ★★
                      Strength: ★★
                      Endurance: ★½
                      Agility: ★★½
                      Intelligence: ★½
                      Difficulty: EASY

Considered the basic infantry unit of the Project Candice, LEOPARDs are the most common and the most numerous SEDs the EXCELSIOR will encounter. They're equipped with thermal laser guns and mechanical eyes that are attuned to the body temperature of humans and Drifters, easily being able to track them down. These are mindless infantry that can be produced en mass, with hundreds, if not thousands, of them deployed by Candice as a suicide mission to wear down both EXCELSIOR's and Drifter's vanguard.

                      Spoiler: LOCUST

                      Firepower: ★½
                      Strength: ★
                      Endurance: ★
                      Agility: ★★★★
                      Intelligence: ★½
                      Difficulty: EASY/MEDIUM

Agile skirmishing units of the Project Candice, LOCUSTs are smaller than most SEDs, but their relative lack of endurance is offset by their mobility and agility. They are very fast: able to sprint at 220 mph maximum, and their slender, mechanical legs are able to handle rough terrains with ease. They are also equipped with camouflaging capability that can be used to allow LOCUSTs a pseudo-cloaking ability, although even the slightest of movements from these twitchy buggers can shimmer the environment, giving away their location in a wide battlefield. LOCUSTs are equipped with heat ray attached at their head-like appendage, which is deadly against organic enemies but less efficient against mechanical or armored targets.

                      Spoiler: MOSQUITO

                      Firepower: ★
                      Strength: N/A
                      Endurance: ★
                      Agility: ★★★★★
                      Intelligence: ★
                      Difficulty: EASY

MOSQUITOs are even smaller than LOCUSTs, being the smallest of the SEDs, but they make up for it by having the ability of flight and extremely fast speed. Another deadly characteristics about the MOSQUITOs are their numbers. Swarms of MOSQUITOs can easily chew away at a poorly covered vantage point without a way to AoE them down. However, their relative lack of firepower is a crucial flaw to them as they cannot destroy even the lightly armored enemies.

                      Spoiler: APE

                      Firepower: ★★★★
                      Strength: ★★★
                      Endurance: ★★★
                      Agility: ★★
                      Intelligence: ★
                      Difficulty: HARD

Heavy, bulky fighters that tower over most SEDs, APEs are considered the juggernauts of the Project Candice. Equipped with heavily insulated laser cannon and an intensified heat ray, they are both deadly to organic and mechanical targets, while their relatively thicker armor plating makes them more resistant to incoming assaults. When their firearms are gone, however, they can resort to brute force as their sheer force is also enough to level bases. Because they are larger and slower than most SEDs, they are easily noticeable and especially weak against skirmishers that can find a gap in their seemingly impenetrable armor.

                      Spoiler: KNIGHT

                      Firepower: N/A
                      Strength: ★★★
                      Endurance: ★★½
                      Agility: ★★★½
                      Intelligence: ★★★
                      Difficulty: HARD

Not as common as the aforementioned four, but still common enough to be included in the Common rankings, KNIGHTs are an entirely melee SEDs that are equipped with thermal claws that can melt away steel in seconds, and an energy shield with unique markings that block incoming attacks. Their all around stats and high intelligence makes them a very tricky foe for rookies and veterans alike.

                      Spoiler: TEACHER

                      Firepower: N/A
                      Strength: ½
                      Endurance: ★½
                      Agility: ★★½
                      Intelligence: ★★★★
                      Difficulty: EASY

An entirely non-combat SED, TEACHERs are the local battlefield commander and medic of the Project Candice. They relay information from Candice herself to the SEDs in a wide radius around them, effectively allowing Candice to manage the troops from safe distance. Their iconic head contains crucial algorithm used to analyze the battlefield and give out commands based on the situation of the combat and, when faced with a threat of being extracted, also contains a self-destruction sequence that will destroy all data within the TEACHER and also cause a small EMP explosion that disrupts all mechanical objects in a small area.

                      Rare:

                      Spoiler: HERMIT

                      Firepower: ★★★★
                      Strength: ★★½
                      Endurance: ★★½
                      Agility: ★★
                      Intelligence: ★★
                      Difficulty: MEDIUM

These critters are a little larger than LEOPARDs, but the two are unparalleled in terms of the firepower and the versatility in movement. The spider-like legs allow the HERMITs to climb steep cliffs and even stand on ceilings while LEOPARDs can only run on walls for a short duration. Not only that, the HERMITs carry multiple laser cannons on its' eyepiece that can either fire short burst of highly concentrated laser blast, or a continuous beam of laser that can melt through armor quickly.

                      Spoiler: OGRE

                      Firepower: ★★★★★
                      Strength: ★★★★
                      Endurance: ★★★★
                      Agility: ½
                      Intelligence: ★★
                      Difficulty: VERY HARD

A relatively newer type of SED, the OGREs are beefed up APEs that carry plasma cannons and thermal ray guns, with even stronger armor plating and more aggressive attack patterns. However, their speed has really taken a hit: with their maximum speed of measly 2 mph limiting them to base defense without a fast transport unit.

                      Spoiler: DRAGON

                      Firepower: ★★★★
                      Strength: ★★★
                      Endurance: ★★★½
                      Agility: ★★★
                      Intelligence: ★★½
                      Difficulty: VERY HARD

A design inspired by the local wyverns on the planet, DRAGONs are formidable opponents in the sky. Their mouths are equipped with flamethrowers, while their talons swipe away at the wary and the unwary alike. Their plating are also as tough as APEs' armors, which makes them very hard to shoot down from the sky. However, the six fusion cores on the DRAGONs' backs are their weaknesses, and thus breaking them will result in the DRAGONs crashing down from the skies.

                      Spoiler: SAGE

                      Firepower: N/A
                      Strength: ★★
                      Endurance: ★★
                      Agility: ★★½
                      Intelligence: ★★★★★
                      Difficulty: MEDIUM

SAGEs are never seen on the battlefield. Instead, they are tasked with either defending the control towers in the Western hemisphere of New Genesis or helping Candice with developing new SED types and improving the old SED types into something better: fixing their flaws and enhancing their strengths. If encountered, they possess surprising amount of unarmed combat, although they're about as durable as a LEOPARD.

                      Uniques:

All Unique SEDs are currently unknown to EXCELSIOR.

                      Note:
                      - While they are inhabiting the Western hemisphere of New Genesis, they are constantly invading both the human colonies and the Drifters alike.
                      - Their territory consists of very urbanized landscape with relatively taller towers that are used to control the territory and power the SED factories in a local area. It is always cloudy there, which makes the land look like it's in constant night time.
                      - Yes. They're still there to be the antagonistic military for the EXCELSIORs to fight. Just fighting the Drifters are boring, don't you think?

Due to reasons I won't' disclose on this thread i'm pulling out of this project altogether. You can keep what work I have done on the rp and use it however you like, I don't care.

However I want to make it perfectly clear that the idea of Avatar weapons how they work and how you get them. As well as the idea to have the world created in a clash between two gods were both my ideas and if i so disbar I WILL use them in another rp.

Hope you all enjoy yourselves. Take it easy!~

Special Weapon: X Mirage - A mixture of science and magic. Creates magic spheres to use as ammo and can change the composition of the spheres to change to different shots, like compressing a sphere to make it smaller for a faster shot.
Can also make a wire from magic to use to swing around but can only do it on one gun.

                          Default -
                          Spoiler:

The top hole fires the ammo. Bottom hole fires a mana-wire. The laser-sight is used in pinpointing the target point.
A laser sight is located in front of the trigger. It has a red square.

Functions: Installed features it can use.

It is usually used when casting high-level spells or performing precise snipes. It is applicable to both Guns and Blade Mode.
Lux using Blade and Gun together
                          Spoiler:

Cartridge System - A unique reloading and consuming system. Lux puts the guns into the holsters to reload.

Cartridge Barrel - 4-cartridge magazines used for reloading. 8 cartridges at most can be reloaded at the same time.

                          Burst -
                          Spoiler:

A larger version of the handgun, which is specially designed for long-range battles. This form is capable of casting powerful bombardment spells.

                          Railgun -
                          Spoiler:

A large 2-barrel cannon that can fire high powered charge shots as well as burst shots.

                          Blade -
                          Spoiler:

Bright orange energy blades extend from the barrels of the guns, turning them into close range weapons. In addition to the main blade, a curved band connects the end of the grip and the guard, protecting the knuckles.
It has several spikes on it, reminscend of an oversized Mark I trench knife. The combination of one handgun and one "dagger" is also possible.

Other gear: (For now None, might think of some later)

                          Faction: Excelsior

Back Story: Born to human parents, she was born in a rural village where technology was rarely used. Her village was made in a fedual Japan era (think like the main village from Inuyasha, something like that).
When Lux was still a baby, a Drifter meteor struck the village and killed everyone there before the Excelsiors got there and Lux was the only survivor thanks to her parents hiding her before the Drifters killed her parents.
After the Excelsiors wiped out the Drifters and left, a lone male dragon wondered in and found the baby Lux and apodted her as his own. During this time, he taught Lux how to do everything Humans do and thanks to living in a forest, her reactions to her environment is greater then normal.
Lux grew up with her new dad not remembering knowing about her past. Lux always thought that she was a dragon until her dad told her that she was adopted.
This didn't matter to Lux at all and she asked about the Excelsiors and when her dad told her that they fight to protect everyone, she decided to become one, not only to protect the people but to repaid the kindness her dad gave her her entire life.
It's been 3 years since Lux was told about the Excelsiors and with all the training her dad has given her over the years, she was able to join and has ranked up to Scout.

                          Notes:

                          Lux is pronounced Lucks.

When her hair is down, it reaches her hips.

The Burst, Railgun, Dagger and Blade forms are due to the upgrade to her weapon for reaching Scout. (Which I got the ok from Sus)

                          Example of shots firing -
                          Spoiler:

One of her best techniques, Starlight Driver -
                          Spoiler:

The Starlight Driver is a wide area attack that leaves Lux weakened and defenseless for a long time. Only uses if the situation calls for it.

                          X means Cross.

Cartridge System - Allows to momentarily boost its power output by consuming "cartridges", small capsules shaped like blank rifle rounds that contain compressed magical energy. When used in a Device, it releases that energy all at once, providing a power boost.

Spell Arts: Spells that Lux has learned over the years.

                          Spoiler: Offensive
                          Offense:
Cross Fire - Several magic spheres are produced, fired and then guided towards the target. Although quite destructive by itself, the spell can also be used as a "restriction of enemy's movements through a barrage".
Can fire and control more than 10 spheres simultaneously.

Phantom Blazer - Powerful spell, but also the slowest to cast. Categorized as a "long range sniper cannon" attack, instead of a magic loop it makes use of a "target ring" and, when firing at long range, a laser sight.

Shoot Bullet - Basic shooting-type spell. The caster merely compresses mana in the shape of a bullet, accelerates it, and sets it forth.

Variable Bullet - It coats the barrets with layers of barrier so they can pierce field-type defenses. It also has a stronger power against normal magical defenses. Although multi-layer shooting is considered a high-level skill.

Variable Shoot - A "multi-ammunition-case shooting" spell based, which encloses a magical bullet in a barrier so that it can penetrate a field-type defense like AMF (Anti-Magic Field). It is said to be the essence of a basic shooting-type mage.

                          Spoiler: Defensive
                          Defense:
Defenser - A barrier-type defensive spell. It can guard in every direction, but is not as sturdy as some other defense spells.

Defenser Plus - Is the enhanced version after the upgrade. It is also capable of being cast over a larger area to protect more than one person. It can also block out gases and fumes from getting into the barrier.

Protection - Is a basic barrier-type defensive spell. When used, a barrier appears around the caster, usually in the caster's magic color, and simply wards off attacks. It has higher casting speed, wider effective area and lower mana consumption than other spells, but at the cost of defensive power.

Lighting Protection - Is a lightning-handling variation of the spell.

Protection Powered - An enhanced version of the spell.

Protection EX - Is an father enhanced version of the spell. Stronger than Powered.

Wide Area Protection - Is an area-wide barrier-type defensive spell. The spell sacrifices the basic Protection's ability to push the opponent away for the strong and area-wide defensive power.

Sacred Defender - Upon the incoming hit, it concentrates defensive mana at the hit-point and uses offensive mana to rebound the attack. Although tough, this instant defense is considered a risky move.

                          Spoiler: Supportive
                          Support:
Chain Bind - A binding spell.. Unlike most other binding spells, this type does not seem to lock a target into the one spot at which it was captured, which seems to allow the caster to use the chain to pull the target towards himself or otherwise drag it into a position of his choosing.
Chain Bind can additionally cut through physical objects if "pulled" hard enough.

                          -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I know what you all are thinking. "WWWHHAAAAAAAATTTTT?!?!?!?! ZEKAI ISN'T USING A DRAGON SWORDSMAN?!?!?" Told you I would surprise you all.

There is something that just came to my mind and it is adressed to the GMs.

Will this RP have a similar fate to TSU? Because in all honesty, I will pull out if the time between posts have similar situations as in TSU, all the wold is a Zerg, and infinite project.
Have you ever crossed the line between sanity and madness? You would be amazed by what lies beyond the fog..
