Personality: Shy, Cowardly, Brave (at times; rare occasion)

Appearance: Green cap with a "L" on the front, green shirt, blue overalls with gold buttons, brown shoes.

Biography: Luigi is the green-clad brother to the hero of the Mushroom Kingdom, Mario. Usually seen with his brother, Luigi is kind of cowardly. Even still, he had to put that cowardice aside when he needed to save Mario from the ghostly King Boo.

Abilities: Able to jump higher than Mario, but suffers from low traction, limited lightning-based abilities

You would also probably like to add something in the abilities of his combat skills. In that he is a decent hand-to-hand fighter at least.


Other wise the other thing it lacks is that it doesn't suck enough. If you get the pun I just made on this line Luigi gets a free cookie.

Other than that I'd say accepted. It IS your first app after all and this is like one of the most lax RP's with some of the most tame rules for apps. Also in terms of personality I would add somethings about the fact that he does care about his friends and family, because if something does happen to someone he cares about he usually will try to put his fears behind him.

Character Name: Veigar the 'Tiny Master of Evil'

Personality:
Veigar can be best described as a tiny ball of fury, rage, and just general nastiness for a member of the 'Yordle' race. Normally Yordles are often friendly, sociable, and just downright pleasant to be around albeit fierce when actually focused on combat. However when isolated from their kind, a Yordle can and will slowly descend into madness. And that is just exactly what happened to Veigar. Due to being imprisoned, and tortured for a good chuck of his life. Veigar had grown angry with the world, and is just now a unpleasant being to be around due to his 'all-consuming hatred'. What was once a rather friendly, if not curious of the world Yordle had turned into a completely mad, power hungry, and psychotic little runt.

Oddly despite his power, Veigar isn't the brightest when it comes to doing anything evil. So far most of his plans have either failed flat out, or were just too... tame for some odd reason. So despite his power and claims of being evil, he hasn't actually accomplished any of his intended feats in his world. Veigar also hates the thought of working with another person, and hates the thought of being controlled. Most importantly despite him knowing he is short... never. I mean NEVER call him short or make any kind of 'short' comments around him. Or else he'll get pissed.

Other than that any traces of his past self is probably non-existent, or just buried somewhere deep inside his mind.

Biography:
To most, thoughts of yordles do not conjure images to be feared. The easygoing half-pint race, though fierce, is often regarded with some degree of joviality. Their high-pitched voices and naturally cute forms inspire something of a protective instinct in the larger races, or at least bring to mind images of children playing at being adults. Every now and again, however, a yordle turns so bad that, even at its small stature, it strikes terror into the hearts of others. Veigar is such a twisted yordle. As a master of the magical black arts, as well as a corrupter of cosmic energy, he is one of the most powerful sorcerers on Valoran.

As a child, Veigar was a normal yordle with one small exception - he had a deep curiosity for the world beyond Bandle City. The young yordle spent much of his time studying the rest of Valoran, and he jumped at the chance to join a business that traded with other major city-states. Unfortunately for both him and the world, a deal with Noxian traders turned into shady business and went bad; Veigar and his companions were subsequently set up to take the fall. Arrested by the authorities, he was imprisoned within the walls of Noxus for years. Such isolation is very dangerous for yordles - undoubtedly why his cruel jailers did such a thing - and Veigar was slowly driven mad.

He eventually escaped, having become a twisted version of his former self. Instead of returning to his people and Bandle City, he sought tutelage from dark wizards across the land. With his demented will focused on one task, he quickly became a dangerous and powerful wizard in his own right. Now he seeks to end all conflict on Valoran by bringing all of the city-states to their knees, regardless of their affiliation. The League of Legends is the perfect tool to help him meet his ends - for now.

Mysteriously one day after a round in the League, he had gone to his 'abode' and found a strange letter. An invitation to a strange place. A special resort. A way for him to escape Valoran for a bit and take a small break from things? Eh not his cup of tea. However a oddly and surprisingly close friend of his, Lulu the 'Fae Sorceress' saw the letter and began begging for him to go, and for her to take her with him. Despite his hesitance, he decided to agree just to shut her up, and with that they left through a spatial portal he had created to head towards the resort.

Abilities:
Veigar's short stature, and general... incompetence may make him seem like nothing more than a nuisance, however do not let that fool you at all. Veigar is no ordinary dark mage. In fact in Valoran he is one of the STRONGEST dark mages in Valoran. Having almost complete control over darkness (magic), and spatial magic. Veigar is someone that if he actually manages to focus on something, can become absolutely devastating. Some of his more tame abilities involve him firing blasts of Dark Matter, creating a controllable event horizon (a cage of spatial energy that if one happens to get trapped in it, they will have a hard time escaping if they can't teleport), as well as firing concentrated blasts of primordial energy at his opponent. The true extent of Veigar's power is not entirely known, just one thing is for certain. When it comes to raw power. Veigar has it, and he is not afraid to use it if you happen to cross paths with him.

This guy is meant to be an opponent for a certain dark, and generally nasty guy in the Resort's tournament as well as a character to use. on my end.

Character Name: Lulu the Fae Sorceress

Personality:
Lulu on a mental level is like a child. Mainly due to the fact that she hasn't honestly aged much physically or emotionally while spending time with Fae folk. As time inside the 'Glade' with the Faeries went by rather shortly (it only felt like a few months if not a year or two), time on the outside was going by much faster. As such while the world around her ended up aging considerably and advanced, she was still a child. This did not phase her much as she was still friendly, jovial, and generally fun-loving and sought to reconnect with everyone. Though that does not help when her definition of fun is child-like games with magic to 'spice things up.' Such as turning kids she invited to play hide and seek with into flowers and animals just to make things interesting. This made her a bit shunned by adults in her home city though.

Aside from that Lulu is very child-like and often has a mind that drifts to various things. Her attention span is rather short, and her thoughts are often unique and she seems to often be in a world of her own. As such some of the things she says might just be confusing to others like "Yup. That tasted purple." or "Never look a tulip in the eye!" Despite this she is a rather serious ally when need be, as she is very reliable. She knows how to use her magic, and is technically more competent than her 'friend' Veigar. Though not as powerful with raw magic like him. She also often ignores danger at times, and finds a lot of things fun or interesting. Angry centaur that probably hates you? She'll probably try to befriend it and even hop on it's back for a 'ride' before getting kicked off. Not that it upsets her.

As one once stated. She often marches to the beat of her own drum... Meaning she tends to do what she wants often. Though she is ready to apologize if she does actually do something that upsets someone. Except Veigar who is fun to tease.

Despite her very odd nature, and mannerisms. She is rather nice, if not morally... confusing at times. She often doesn't mean any harm, but she also often doesn't care as long as someone doesn't get actually upset. (Though in a fight she really won't kill you more or less play with you as if it's a game and any harm that befalls you she would consider to be just part of the game.) She does seem to be capable of seeing any good that might be left in people. Like Veigar for example who she tries her hardest to befriend. Much to his annoyance.

She matches Veigar in height almost perfectly since they are both yordles.

Biography:
During her youth in Bandle City, she spent most of her time wandering alone in the forest or lost in a daydream. It wasn't that she was antisocial; the day-to-day bustle of Bandle City just couldn't compete with the vibrant world of her imagination. She saw wonder in places most people overlooked.

This was how she found Pix, a fae spirit, pretending to be stuck in a birdhouse. Lulu's imagination distinguished her to Pix, and he seized the opportunity to lure her into his life. He brought her to the Glade, the enchanted home of the fae, which lay nestled in a clearing in the woods.

There the rigid properties of the outside world - things like size and color - changed as frequently and whimsically as the direction of the wind. Lulu felt at home in the Glade and she lingered there with Pix, fascinated by this secret place. She quickly lost track of time.

Her life in the Glade was comfortable, natural. She and Pix played fae games together, the sorts of games that she had been told were 'only pretend', and she got exceedingly good at them. It caught her by surprise when she suddenly remembered that she had left a life behind in Bandle City. The Glade had a way of making everything outside seem distant and surreal.

Lulu decided to revisit her former home, to share some of the lovely things she'd learned, but when she and Pix returned the world had changed. Time, she discovered, was another property that behaved differently in the Glade, and centuries had passed while she was away.

Lulu sought to reconnect to the residents of the outside world, but her attempt had unfortunate results. She led all the children off to play hide and seek, temporarily changing them into flowers and animals to spice up the game, but their parents didn't appreciate her efforts.

When the yordles insisted that she leave their land, she turned to a vibrant, magic place where those with unusual gifts were not just accepted but adored: the League of Legends.


Currently her and Veigar are 'friends' (in the loosest sense of the term, if not just flat out one-sided.) Though no-one knows how they came to meet. The only thing known is that Lulu has managed to be one of Veigar's more tolerated acquaintances. As well as a bit of a moral anchor. In fact one of the reasons why he doesn't do anything seriously evil is because of her. Though any attempts at mentioning it to him will cause him to get flustered, and deny anything regarding it strongly. One thing is known is that Lulu has managed to possibly see the good that might still be in Veigar's heart, as her curiosity of the world must remind him of his own past.

One day after a round in the League of Legends, Veigar had gone to his abode where Lulu was oddly waiting for him with his own mail. Something that annoyed him greatly. She said he got an invitation to someplace that sounded fun, and though with much denial, Veigar couldn't refuse Lulu's insistence on taking her there. Mainly just to shut her up, but also for other reasons that Veigar hides.

Abilities:
Lulu is kinda the opposite of Veigar in terms of abilities. While she is not as straight up powerful in one or two aspects of magic, Lulu is far more proficient with most forms of magic. Transformation magic, enchanting magic, defensive magic, and much more. A result of living in the Glade with the Fae Spirit's for quite a long time. As such she knows a lot about magic, and is probably more knowledgeable than Veigar in certain aspects. Some of her more common abilities transform an opponent into various things for a short time such as little forest critters, cupcakes, flowers, and many other things for short periods of time (regardless of size she can transform someone into a small critter, though the larger they are the more magic it takes for her to transform them and the shorter the time the victim remains transformed is). Creating powerful barriers to protect friends, a strong sense of communication with nature, increasing the size of herself or allies to GARGANTUAN levels (like almost 10 times there original size) for short periods of time, to flat out blasts of raw magic.

In short do not mess with her, because she'll just play her little Fae games with you, which could result in very... bad... things. Though if you aren't actually fighting her and legitimately wanting to play games with her, then any transformations she inflicts WILL be changed back to normal.


Lulu's little Fae friend Pix still follows her around, and is quite loyal. Listening to her whenever she gives a command. Almost like a loyal pet. Personality wise Pix is kinda snarky at times, but is good friends with Lulu. Only she can hear what he says. Well... him and children. Or people with open minds.

Notes:
She is for comedy, possible romantic interest for Veigar (like childish crush), as well as a moral anchor/teammate for Veigar.

Round 1

Character Name: Aion "Astraeus Rixtravius" Leonares

Origin: Eternal Galaxy (RY 109150)

Gender/Race: Male/Prometheos

Personality: While he has an air of nobility, his comradery overshadows his more condescending nature.

Appearance:
A sharp-featured man with grey eyes, silver-blonde hair that has a black star-burst pattern over his left eye, and appears to be somewhat slender yet very toned.
He is 5' 11" and wears a dark green flight suit, grey vest jacket, and some armor pieces on his left arm as well as greaves.

Pure Form -
Prometheos, once they reach a certain age, gain their "Pure Form" which is the embodiment of a concept. For Aion, he is the very concept of all time. His pure form appears as "Time itself burning from the chaos of his own existence in his form," which visually is a dark, pitch-black burning humanoid-like entity with light and dark blue elements.

Biography:
RY 22123
Aion lived life as a nobleman within Dual City, a place where the rich and powerful Prometheos nobles lived in the center, which was protected by a special barrier system to regulate the atmospheric properties in order to combat air pollution, and the less fortunate were forced to live in the unprotected outskirts, which were tainted by the terrible air quality caused by the mechanizations used at the time. Most of the residents of this part of the city were Arcains, a race of beings that were born with control over the various energies of the Venturian Galaxy and had the special Corlaviri crystals flowing in their blood. Due to the rarity of Corlaviri, Arcains were targeted by "Harvesters" who sought to gain wealth from selling the Corlaviri from their bodies. One Arcain that was targeted by these harvesters would become Aion's childhood friend. Because she had lost her main crystal that regulates the Corlaviri in her body, she had effectively died briefly before Aion's mother, Nyx Leonares, saved her. She was taken into servitude, as most Arcains were.

As time went by, Aion and Tina grew close, a rare thing to happen in the society of Prometheos and Arcains. The feelings that arose between the two would cause the greatest pain when the Arcain revolt reached it's apex, where both of their lives were cut short.

RY 109150-3
Aion had been revived through recreation by the reality warping GAIA Computer. He was plunged into the heat of what most began calling the War of Eternity. As a nobleman, he knew the art of the blade; now he learned the art of aerial combat since Venturians had evolved combat to be taken mostly to space and air. Races that were not there when Aion was last alive included the highly intellectual Vatians, the proud Papilians, and many others which were labeled all under the term Irian. Prometheos were extinct, save for Aion, but Arcains were still living within most of the systems of the Inner Rim of the galaxy.
As Aion fought throughout the galaxy, he made many allies as well as enemies.

The members of Strix Squadron became his new family. Another revival of him, that went by the name of Revere Exorco, became his own archnemesis, and the disavowed Papilian Empress, Lady Avonna, became a powerful ally.

Aion when he was revived changed his name to Astraeus Rixtravius to Aion Rixtravius when he accidentally introduced himself as Aion.


Abilities: Pure Time control, channeled through an ancient device tied to the GAIA Computer known as the Chronorift Drone which Aion refers to as "The Beast of Time." While his ability is theoretically limitless, he does not use it due to the consequences of using it. He has only used time manipulation once in an attempt to save all of his friends.

"I have power beyond your wildest dreams, and yet I don't need to use it to defeat you. That is my true strength."

Due to being the embodiment of time, he can perceive all timelines instantaneously. It is similar to the "Rift Ability" known as Temporal Perception, which is a weaker version. Aion could then choose what timeline to act on, however he has developed the habit of ignoring it in non-life-threatening situations.

"I saw an instance where that was going to happen, but I ignored that because it wouldn't be as exciting if I really looked further to see what would actually happen. In other words, I sometimes like surprises."

Notes:
- Being a Prometheos, Aion has insane physical strength. However he has little affinity with other energies outside of time. He is quick but most are more agile.
- Aion despises Vatians due to the stereotype of most believing they are a superior race. Only Starla managed to make him reconsider his prejudice.
- He loves birds. But not bird people.
- Sometimes to relax he will just stare at an analog clock, such as the pocket watch he keeps.
- He respects Humans.
- Loves orchestrated music.

Round 2

Character Name: Aion "Revere Exorco" Leonares

(Will refer to as Revere, unlike Aion Rixtravius who I will refer to as Aion.)

Origin: Eternal Galaxy (RY 109141)

Gender/Race: Male/Prometheos

Personality: A commanding presence becoming of those that are confident in their control of any situation. He has the mannerisms of someone of nobility.

Appearance: Like Aion, Revere has the same physical features, yet he dresses differently; A jet black with red details Venturian Commonwealth Commander's uniform and a light suit of dueling armor for swordsmen layered underneath.

Pure Form: Sharing the same as Aion, Revere's is altered slightly as he maneuvers and takes on new concepts. The new concept added to his form was that of the true power of knowing the future. His form takes on differing hues depending on what future he is fighting towards. His most common was a dark, pitch-black burning humanoid-like entity with fire and dark red elements. Currently the elements are a fiery silver.

Biography:
Revere shares the same origins as Aion, but where he was revived was much different.

RY 109141-53
Revere found himself at a mining colony of the what was left of the Outer Rim of the Venturian Galaxy. He met the Vatian advisor of Lady Avonna there, Materia. Some Vatians have the passive ability to see a possible future in their dreams; Materia saw that she could use Revere to achieve her own goals to create a future where the Republic lost to the Commonwealth, allowing her to maneuver from the remains of the Republic to allow a new Papilian Empire to be formed with Lady Avonna as the figure head and herself as the one with all power. Therefore, she helped Revere gain a position in the Commonwealth as a commander. Unfortunately for Materia, Revere saw what she intended and planned to prevent the rise of an Empire with her in control. As he climbed the ranks of the Commonwealth militia, he learned that the Republic was in control of the massive space station known as the Daedalus Project and that they were attempting to retrofit it to have a recreation of the GAIA Computer. Knowing what the GAIA Computer could do, Revere made it his goal during the War of Eternity to destroy the Daedalus Project, no matter the consequences.

Abilities: Like Aion, Revere has unprecedented control over time, however he is more liberal in using it. He uses only a few types of abilities however, the most common being a time rift that allows him to travel from one point to the other seemingly instantly, which he also uses as a sort of barrier to allow things to pass right by him. While this makes him seemingly invincible, he can't truly counter-attack while using it as a barrier. Thus there are brief moments of vulnerability that he minimizes with Temporal Perception. Only against Aion has he fought fair with no abilities.

"I would fight with honor; unfortunately, I intend to win."

Character Name: Trace

Personality: She's lukewarm, as in not quite cold and calculating nor warm and emotional yet capable of both.

RY 106700
Trace is a prototype Bioroid, for a project of the same name as her, to serve as a test platform for the more recent design of a synthetic brain. In addition she was created to also test other things such as the companion utility drone. For the time, she was a novelty. Nothing like her was ever completed in the Venturian Galaxy. Yet what makes her unique would also isolate her. Her ability to have true "organic" thoughts and logic allowed her to develop emotions. For society of Venturia, this was an outlandish concept. Once word spread about the creation of Trace, those that feared what she could become, in terms of influence among other AIs, made moves to shut down the TRACE project. This movement would eventually culminate into the Trace Revolution.

RY 106785
The Trace Revolution, the madness that spread among the AIs of the Outer Rim of the Venturian Galaxy, would be the defining feature that would signal the start of the Great Blank. What really happened during the revolution is a mystery. The outcome, though, was the most polarizing in that there are those that blame Trace for the destruction of the Outer Rim, and those that claim she was a hero. What brought about this is merely conjecture, since the events were buried by the Republic. All who did know the truth were silenced.

The madness spreads,

Floating companion drone that serves as an extension of Trace that contains various utilities and functions that couldn't have been placed in her body.

Trace herself is a synthetic bio organic android with some things being modified in order to withstand the things she would be doing.
The most notable of these modifications is her increased resilience in high g-force situations as well as skin that is resistant to puncture to high velocity impacts.
(Another notable thing is that her "clothes" are actually a part of her skin and her hair is of a similar material to her skin.)

Inside she has simulated organs, however excluded is anything that isn't vital to her function since most of the simulated organs take up more room than organic ones. Only her brain is of comparable size to that of a human brain.

Her mind is capable of "organic thought" which grants her the ability to think as both machine and human. Her mechanical mind has default knowledge programmed in but she is still learning by her organic mind.

She has additional "lenses" in her eyes that allow her to see in different wavelength spectrums.

Round 4

Character Name: Joeseph "Joe" Chetwyn and Terrisa Chetwyn

Gender/Race: Male and Female, respectively / Irian (Human)

Personality:
Joe, the older brother, is strong in both body and will. He is protective of his sister as well as his squadron, which he treats as family.
Terrisa, the younger sister, is carefree and loves to befriend anyone. She will "adopt" anyone as family, given that she feels they need one.

Appearance:
Both have somewhat short, brown, messy hair and hazelnut brown eyes.
Joe stands at 6'1" and wears his flight suit with grey hoodie with ripped off sleeves In addition to the profile armor that he wears which, while sleek and light, is extraordinarily durable. He has strong features and is quite buff.
Terrisa is shorter, at 4'8", and wears parts of her oil-stained, orange mechanic uniform coupled with a brown jacket and light-blue and white messenger bag which she keeps her tools in. While she is petite and looks very frail, she is still very strong.

Biography:
Orphaned at a young age, Joe and Terrisa had to survive on their own for many years. Joe made it his mission to protect his sister from the crueler reality of life. He had done much which he isn't proud of, but he justified it all in the name of protecting Terrisa.

Joe and Terrisa were taken in by Orion, and after extensive training, he made Joe into a potent pilot and taught Terrisa how to fix up fighters, capitalizing on her natural talent.

RY 109143
Joe and Terrisa eventually were inducted into the Hunters' Guild on Duon of the Helios system of the Venturian Galaxy, Joe now being a skilled pilot and Terrisa having a knack for fixing things as a mechanic. They were placed into Strix Squadron, Flight 4, alongside Lotus and Dalia. Flying in the then experimental 6th generation heavy fighter, HB6 "Brawler," brother and sister became the most respected duo in the squadron.

RY 109148
After Lotus's betrayal and the eventual fall of over half of the squadron, Joe, Terrisa, and Dalia were moved up to Flight 1 by the request of Orion.

RY 109150
Aion was inducted into the squadron by Orion after determining that he had skill as an Interceptor pilot. Aion became fast friends with everyone in the squadron. Terrisa adopted him as another big brother. Orion switched himself to Flight 0, to allow Aion to fly in Flight 1.


Equipment:

- BEHEMOTH Cannon: A extraordinarily large, heavy weapon that serves as both offensive and defensive. It has armor plating so that it can be used as a shield and has a Gatling mode and Pulse cannon mode.

Terrisa:
- Mechy: A special, semi-portable mech that Terrisa fixed up to allow her to perform maintenance on fighters. When not in used it can be stored as data in a special compartment of her bag.

Personality: Very personal and will often lash out at those who try to know her. She softens when she understands who she's talking to.

RY 109143
Lotus is framed by another squad member in the murder of one of the mentors. She was drugged and believes she did do it. When she tries to flee, she incidentally betrays Strix squadron to the Commonwealth. She is captured and is forced to work with them.

RY 109151
Lotus is forced to fight against her former squad, part of her feels guilty and she doesn't want to fight them. After Strix squadron is captured and escapes, she accidentally gets caught up in their escape and is reunited with them, where they tell her the truth and she eventually rejoins.
