It's near goldenrod city so I figured she would wander there to enjoy something that isn't the city.

Also I was thinking that whatever happens, she would wind up throwing Diggy at w/e and then grabbing it and running if it's lvl 10s...

I'll pay attention to what's in what area next time ^^;

Anyway could I do my little comedy skit and have this Happen?
- A wild pidgey appears!
- Lyrica is startled!
- Lyrica uses throw!
- Diggy is thrown at the pidgey!
- It's super effective!
- Pidgey is dazed/Paralyzed!
- Diggy is dazed/paralyzed!

EDIT:
I mean, I'm portraying Lyrica as some city girl who's never done anything with pokemon before. So it would be like...a reflex maybe?
