"Go outside! We need to investigate!"
Yuuka ran to the other direction of Sherry. Unfortunately, the gang chased after her instead of Sherry. Me and my luck. She passed through the PokeMart, the Pokemon Center, the Rustboro Gym, the Devon Corps, onto Route 115, with the Team Anarchy in hot pursuit.
Hoenn Regino - Route 115
Shit, a dead end.
"You can't escape!"
Yuuka turned around. The three goons inside the hideout has chased her all the way to Route 115. What stamina. Seems like that big bulky guy guarding the door didn't care for them much, though, and that was a relief. If a physical brawl was to be had after Pokemon battle which might happen because bad guys don't play by the rulebooks then Grunch was the very last thing Yuuka wanted to fight. The other three, they looked scrawny enough.
"Hand over the money, green-haired lady!"
"You want the money, Mohawk boy? Come and get them!" Yuuka taunted, sending all three of her Pokemon out.
"Oh so you want a Pokemon battle, huh? Go, Houndour!"
"3v1 ain't fair! Go, Sandshrew!"
"I'll join in too! Go, Oddish!"

Near Northern Petalburg City - Hoenn Region
Sherry patted herself down for anything that might have fallen or gotten loose during her mad sprint. She wasn't carrying the pokeball with the Slakoth, nor was she carrying the flag and money. Still, she had her belt of pokemon to look after, and after releasing Claire and noticing Mac was safe and sound, Sherry realized all was well. That was good considering how miffed Sherry was when she had to retrieve three separate data files in an Edonian mountainside. She looked for Yuuka, but the green-haired florist was no-where to be seen.
"But, she was right behind me, wasn't she?" Sherry asked herself. Claire chirped her input and flew off in the direction of Rustburo City, leaving the agent mortified. "Oh no..."
Without a second more of hesitation, the blonde woman kicked off and began her sprint back to Rustburo City.

Hoenn Region - Route 115
'3 versus 3...' Yuuka thought inside her own head as the battle unfolded. 'They have a Houndour, Sandshrew and an Oddish... pretty good type coverage, but I can work around it. Let's have Lilac go against Houndour since she's the bulkiest one around... Houndour seems to be similar to Poochyena, and Lilac was able to fight a Poochyena in the wild before, so she should have the experience. But just in case something happens, let's have Lilac for support... keeping that Houndour busy.'
'Other than that... Sandshrew... seems like a Ground type. Kappa'll do perfect against it, and Oddish being a Grass type would make it a delicious meal for my Fraxie.
"Alright, Lilac, keep that Houndour busy. He needs to stay away from Kappa and Frax, ESPECIALLY away from Frax. She's too frail. Ok?"
"...sure." Lilac nodded as she sprinted into battle against the Houndour.
"Kappa, your job is to take down that Sandshrew as fast as possible. The sooner your opponent goes down, the more advantageous we are."
"You don't have to tell me twice!" Kappa laughed as he too pounced into battle.
"Fraxie."
"Stop calling me Fraxie!"
"But it's so catchy! Anyway, can you take down an Oddish?"
"Whatever, in a fell swoop." Fraxinella the Larvesta sighed as it took off. The aerial advantage Fraxie can give to the team was invaluable. Yuuka nervously sighed, determined her will to win, and began her assault.
"Lilac, Helping Hand! Kappa needs the most help right now! Kappa, start off with Astonish, chip away at the Sandshrew's health! Fraxie, do your thing, burn this place to the ground."
"...okay."
"This is starting to get serious!"
"This fire consumes all."

Sherry arrived back at the city of Rustboro and dashed through the streets on her way to Team Anarchy's Hideout. She was certain she looked like some kind of madwoman in the eyes of the citizens, but she didn't care just then. Better to be mad than a failure who couldn't protect an ally. The fact that Yuuka had the trainer's stolen pokemon and Briney's flag was irrelevant to the agent. It was Yuuka that Sherry was concerned about. It seemed she was so much more like Leon than she had originally thought.
She stopped at the hideout and caught her breath while Claire drifted down to land on a nearby post. The tiny swallow whirled around and chirped in distress, her eyes unable to see where her allies were. Sherry didn't see Yuuka as she passed, and she didn't see her in the hideout's shadow. Instead, all she saw was the first thug, the doorman of the hideout. Clenching her fists, Sherry advanced upon the doorman.
"Hold it! Where did they go?" she demanded to the thug.

"Whoa whoa whoa, hold on woman." Grunch struggled to give himself space. "Don't have to go all aggressive on me, I was going to tell you if you asked nicely."
"They went to Route 115, north of here. I don't know how she is going to fight 1 v 3, and I'm kinda worried about your partner."

Lyrica stood still for a moment before collapsing to her knees, partially laughing. "I can't even win a straight up battle without some divine intervention. Ha ha ha..." After a moment she calmed her breathing and got up again after recalling her Pokémon. "Hey. Trevor, right? Later on, how about we have a rematch. Nice and Proper."

"Right." Trevor nodded, pushing his glasses up.
"That leaves us 1 for 1!" The boy who battled Crystal laughed. "Shawn, do your thing!"
"Sure thing homie." A dark-skinned boy with a basketball jersey smiled. He had not one, not two, but three Pokemon with him.
"Leaf!" Crystal looked at her friend with worried hope. Leaf, however, was calm.
"I'll defeat you in a 1 versus 3." Leaf declared. "My Pokemon can defeat all of yours... In 15 seconds."
"As if!" Shawn was intimidated, sending out all 3 of his Pokemon at once.
"Shall we?" Leaf sent out her Pokemon: a blue dinosaur with a mysterious seed on his back.
Bulbasaur Lv: 12

Geodude Lv: 7
Hoothoot Lv: 7
Wooper Lv: 7

Sherry blinked and took a step back from the crook.
"Oh. Well, thank you," she said, shocked and sincere. "I guess I'll be on my way, then." Sherry glanced over her shoulder before jabbing a finger in Grunch's direction. "Try to make better life decisions from now on, okay?"
And with that, the woman and her bird dashed out from the area towards route 115, the same place Sherry had fought the first Team Anarchy grunt. She hoped she got there in time to make a difference, and if not, then she hoped she could at least protect Yuuka and get her out with her life intact.

"Ha... Ha... Ha... I did it..."
Yuuka's clothes were torn apart. During the battle, Yuuka formulated a well-executed combo play that granted her the victory, but the crooks never play fair. Not accepting their loss, they tackled Yuuka for the moneybag. A good amount of mindless brawling later, Yuuka emerged victorious, but not without ruining a good outfit.
"You're a madwoman!" The crooks, beaten up by Yuuka, staggered up and limped away. "We'll get you next time!"
"Looks like my strength is coming back... Little by little." Yuuka sighed, exhausted. She laid down on the grassy bed to recover her strength, her concerned Pokemon also resting.
"Ha... Ha... Ha... I did it..."

So too did her bird Claire come down with her and join the other battered Pokemon as they rested on the grassy bed. They looked alright at first glance, but the Pokemon were in no shape to continue fighting for some time, at least not without medical attention. Yuuka was something else entirely for not only looking bruised and battered with a torn outfit, but managing to survive with it all.
The agent could see herself resting in Yuuka's place, although her wounds would be sizzling and healing up on their own. She wasn't normal, but was Yuuka the same? Sherry supposed it didn't matter just now. She took a knee near the woman and opened her fannypack for some medical supplies.
"Are you hurt? Do you need medical attention?" Sherry asked.
