Right. We'll just have to wait and see if Kristia is ready. In the meantime, I'll be looking back on some people's most recent posts in TSU to see if they are potentially ready or not. Once I'm done, it's back to reading more Chobits. I'm only up to Chapter 7 and I'm already beginning to really like it. The concept is great, the characters are really interesting, and Chi is SO CUTE! (>////<)

I looked back on my app for Trista. And... It. Is. So. APPALLING! I could see how easily rushed and badly done it was. I even edited it and it still looked bad.
I asked SUSTIC and he has given me the thumbs up for a rewrite. (Just need to get him to edit his post where he quotes my original app).

Bio: Trista is a simple girl who grew up in the town of Ceres in California. Throughout her life, Trista had been through an awful lot. A majority of it deriving from bullying, torment, and numerous other factors. Some of which Trista does not wish to remember or recall. Due to this, Trista began to seclude herself away from others and developed a very self-conscious nature. Only speaking to her friends and parents. As a child, Trista always admired and loved to observe the moon and the stars. Trista does not truly know why but from a very young age she was always to drawn to them. Their mystical nature, their luminosity, and the mysteries that they presented. Whenever she was sad, upset or lonely; Trista would always remind herself of the night sky and its beauty. The few friends that she had would call her Trista Moon or Tristar because of this.

On one night, an unusual event happened. One of which Trista only knows. She has never told it to anyone else. Not even her parents. One night in her room, Trista was gazing up at the moon and began to focus intently on it. How mystical and wonderful it was. Placing her hands on her heart and thinking of nothing but of her life and of the moon, the entire room was then bathed in a harsh blue-white light for more than a few seconds. Trista was initially confused by this and wondered where it had come from. After thinking the whole event over, Trista then realised the truth. The light came from her. She had been granted the power of the very object she admired more than anything else. She had been granted the power of the moon. Lunar magic. Much like everything else, Trista then kept her magic a secret from everyone around her except for her friends and her family. Afraid of what people would think of her abilities, Trista stuck to an almost normal life. A life where Trista did not use her magic at all except when she was alone. This, of course, changed when her 18th birthday came and her parents told her about Trinity Soul University. A magical university where one could learn how to use their magic without the fear of being judged. Trista very quickly took interest in it and applied for the university.

Gender: Female

Element or Type of Magic: Trista uses a special element of magic, Lunar magic. Lunar magic is the element associated with the moon. Lunar mages draw their power from the moon itself and use its powers for their own means. Lunar magic typically consists of support and healing magic with a few extra abilities here and there. Even if the moon is not present, Lunar mages can still use their magic. But it will be very weak and can only be used for so long before the user can no longer use it. At which point, the user must 'recharge' themselves under moonlight. Despite the simplicity of this, it has been known that some Lunar mages depend upon the moon's presence and its white light more than just to grant them the ability to use magic. Some Lunar mages are shown to even be granted sustenance and energy by the moon. By overworking themselves and/or depriving themselves of moonlight, these Lunar mages can become very tired and worn out. Some even falling sleep very often, only to return to normal upon being put under moonlight.

Trista rarely uses her magic. She is afraid of people seeing her use magic and she will never show her abilities to anyone except her good friends, any authority, or relatives. When Trista does use her magic, she tends to focus on healing people or using whatever abilities she has at hand and what she likes to use. It is a very rare thing to see Trista use her magic in front of anyone she does not trust. But, if put in the right circumstances, she will use her magic when necessary.

Luggage: A collection of books, an old constellation map, some additional clothes including some alternatively coloured blazers, all the other essentials, and a small foldable telescope.

Appearance:

Trista is a small 4' 10". Trista has long, pale blonde hair with a purple headband in it. Trista's headband has a crescent moon on it, similar to the crescent on Patchouli's hat. Trista herself has pale skin and has sky blue eyes. Trista is typically seen wearing a blue blazer with a short, black, pleated skirt and deep blue thigh-highs. Beneath her blazer, Trista wears a plain white shirt with a pink ribbon tie. Unusually, there is a patch over the blazer's front pocket which has a lunar emblem on it. Due to the nature of the patch, it is unknown if it was made to fix a hole in the blazer or to add decoration to the blazer.

Why did you come to the University?: To learn how to perfect Lunar magic and how to use it to help people.

Personality: Trista is a very shy and quiet person. She doesn't like making contact with people and gets scared or goes very quiet whenever she is spoken to. This can be to extents where Trista will refuse to say anything to a person out of fear or even run away from the person. Despite this, Trista can be shown to bond with people very well if they can get past her shy nature. Trista is known to be very kind and selfless around her friends and the ones she cares about. Getting to that kind of level of trust with Trista is a very hard task as it can be rather hard for Trista to make friends or for anyone to make friends with her.

I will edit this into my original app post in time, I just need to show people here that it's been majorly reworked.

Okay we need a staff member to serve as the Alchemy teacher. So here:

NPC Name: Marco

Age: 46

Abilities: Marco is an incredibly smart, and wise alchemist who knows the ins and outs of alchemy as much as he knows the back of his hand (in short he is one hell of an alchemist.) Marco's skills in alchemy are equal to that of how skilled some of the teachers are with their elements. In fact he is the one who helps Hannah when she is in need of a magic recharge. Also due to a curse he suffered from when he was younger he had his body turned into that of a small dog 2ft tall. Along with this new body he also has enhanced senses such as the hearing, and sense of smell equal to that of a dog. Also despite him being in the body of a dog he walks on hind legs, and he can also hold things within his little puppy paws like a normal man.

Personality: Marco is a rather quiet yet alert, and stern with a sharp mind. He is easily one of the more intelligent of the staff members. Though he does not use magic himself, he does use his Alchemy prowess to teach students the art of Alchemy (which anyone can learn.)

He had not yet opened his class yet as he had been going in and out of the Underground Library working on something... If he's not in the Library he can be seen talking with Hannah. The two seem to share a close friendship, and as such whenever people do see them together they think that they are well... a couple. This is not true though. Their relationship outside the office does not go beyond a sort of "sibling" style relationship. With Marco being the older brother. In the office their relationship is actually quite professional, as they only talk to each other when they need something. They have known each other for 20 years.

Like I said above he spends almost 16 hours a day in the Underground Library, only rarely coming out at night to eat, and eventually fall asleep.

Since he is in the body of a dog he has a tendency to well... act like one. For example... someone takes a rubber ball out, and toss it Marco will have a hard time keeping himself from chasing it.


This Staff Member is heavily based on the NPC Grail from Elsword.

As SUSTIC has posted in the IC, the time has been officially skipped to night. That means that people who have been waiting for the nighttime like myself are now free to post. I do apologise if there was anyone who still needed to post but we really needed to get the ball rolling.
