Room 209A - Female Dormitory - Trinity Soul

    "Go go go go go-"

    "..."

    "You have slain an enemy."

"Keep going, Lynne! You can do it-"

    "...?"

    "Double kill!"

    "...!"

    "Triple kill!"

    "Two more left, Lynne!"

    "Quadra kill!"

    "!!!"

    "PENTAKILL!"

Lynne's hands were on her head in shock as Sha Yun laughed uncontrollably. Lynne got a pentakill, where one person gets five kills in a set amount of intervals. She never really earned this feat before... She came close to it, but never have she obtained the pleasure of destroying the entire team. Is it because she had someone cheering for her?

"Wow Lynne you're amazing!" Sha Yun calmed down a little as Lynne ended the game with an impressive score, padded by the pentakill she earned in the last fight.

"..." Lynne typed in "GG" on the chat before realizing that it was indeed a good game, not because she won, not because she got a pentakill, but because she had a friend watching over her.

Library - Shopping District - Trinity Soul University - <Sinuda>

The reply she got told her that this was not a bookstore after all. Instead it was something called a library. When she thought about it, it kind of made sense. There were not ads anywhere about some sort of discounts. No tables showing of the newest and most popular books. Instead everything were ordered as if they were to stay there for a thousand years or more. There were only one problem. She had no idea of what a library actually was. She could ask the person again, but she felt that it would really be pushing it. Then again, what different would it be from what usually came after something like this back home.

The only things she could really do was to continue talking."Thank you. What is a library?" she asked in the same voice as before. At the same time she began looking slightly around for some sharp object just in case. Although she would never do something like that at home, this was somewhere else. She would have to try to put up a fight at least if something were to happen.

The woman's question took Trista by surprise. It appeared that she did not know what a library was. But, as Trista was beginning to learn, there was a first time for everything. Despite this innocent assumption, it made Trista deeply wonder about this person. How could she have not known what a library was? Was she a complete shut-in, even more so than Trista? The increasing stress resulting from her Sense was not helping either. Trista's headache was not fading. If anything, it might have gotten stronger than earlier. Trista couldn't help but wonder if her Sense was actually directed at this woman and if it was telling her something about this woman. Trista couldn't be certain. For all she knew, her Sense could have been detecting anyone in this area. Trista had to be careful. If this woman's aura was the cause, there was most definitely something about her that didn't seem right.
"Well... A library... is a place to read books. You can... You can take one from the shelves and r-read in here. I-If you want, you can... even go to the librarian and ch... check out the book. But you... erm... have to return it before the deadline... else you will have to pay." Trista answered as best as she could. Her voice was strained and getting worse because of the headache. It was pretty obvious that Trista was not feeling too good because of it. If she stayed around here for much longer, she would pass out.

Luckily nothing bad happened yet. She got her answer just fine. The voice of the person in front of her began to change however. Was this a sign of that she had asked enough? Most likely. This meant that she desperately needed a way to defend her self. It didn't matter if it wasn't as nice as she used to do it. Anything would do. At that time she found a small chip from the table she was standing against that would be sharp enough. She carefully moved her hand down the table in a way as natural as possible until her hand encountered the chip and hurt her hand on it. It wasn't anything special. Just something enough for a drop of blood. She was careful to not reveal it tough and used her magic to keep it from spilling out blood.

She looked up at the girl that had helped her and shook her hand while saying "Thank you" just as she had learned that she had to do towards her superiors. The hand shake was a problem however. While keeping blood from spilling out of a wound, keeping it in when pressing someones hand was something else. She then walked away from the girl. The rest she would have to find out about herself. She did as she was told tough and walked over to what she assumed was the librarian.

Progan places the book down, he figured it should be enough for today. He took out one of his powerbanks and tried controlling the electricity inside of it. Concentration really hard, he tried to take the electricity out of it. Unexpectedly, the electricity rushed out of the powerbank and straight into his hands. Progan was so shocked at first, he did not expect it to rush out like that. Electricity flowed through his hands and have him a powerful feeling. Trying to concentrate, he pointed his arms at his laptop. After awhile, nothing happened. The electricity was still inside his hands and the laptop had not changed.

"Am I doing something wrong?" Progan asked out loud.

Just as Progan said that, he felt like his hand was about to explode. Not knowing what to do, he tried throwing the electricity towards his computer. Electricity flowed out of his hands immediately and travelled towards his laptop. The laptop jumped up for a moment and then everything became silent. Taking a closer look at the laptop, it had jumped from 10% battery to 100% battery. However, his powerbank was drained to the core. No electricity was left inside of it. After, such and exiting event. Progan was left exhausted, yet, he was glad that he was learning something.

Without much struggle or any problems; the woman thanked Trista, shook her hand, and left. It was a surprise that she didn't notice Trista's vocal problems or struggles as she was trying to overcome her headache. Shortly after the woman left, Trista's headache then cleared up and she was free from the awful feeling that her Sense was giving off. Trista gasped and breathed deeply in relief that it had gone. But due to the fact that it just cleared up meant one thing. That headache was definitely coming from that woman's aura without any doubt. But what did that headache even mean? The woman seemed somewhat normal despite her lack of knowledge or her voice. But Trista wasn't the one to judge. They only spoke to each other briefly and most of that speech was just Trista fighting with her Sense. But Trista now knew what two effects of her Sense were. A deep foreboding feeling around Drake and anyone like him. And an intense headache around that woman. Both of which didn't seem positive. Trista hoped that not all of the effects of her Sense are negative in some way. With that strange encounter and that experience with her Sense out of the way, Trista went over to the librarian's desk to check out her book, checked it out, and then left the library. With her new book and some knowledge into what her Sense could be capable of, Trista then proceeded into the bookstore next door to purchase a few books.

After a short browse and look around, Trista left the bookstore with a few more books in tow. All of which coming up to a total of around $40 which was almost all of the remaining money from Sha Yun's card. Fortunately, Trista still her own card in her bedroom. If Sha Yun needed to be payed back, which Trista believed she would, Sha Yun could take Trista's card. The few books that Trista obtained consisted mostly of books of the constellations and stars for use when observing the stars with her telescope. Trista also picked up the latest novel in the 'Sally Fletcher' series. A series that followed the adventures of a young female magician as she travelled the world battling numerous mythological creatures, demons, and evil wizards. Overall, it was very good reading material. The story was great. Most of the characters were relatable and likable. The style of writing was unique and very gripping. It made Trista excited when she heard of the latest entry to the series had been released only a few months ago. With all of her new and highly interesting reading material, Trista proceeded through the shopping district and back to the dormitories.

Just as Progan placed his book down, a boy walked into the dorm room.

"Who the hell are you and why are you here?" The boy asked, looking pissed. Geez... Don't make me look like a thief. This should be Amata. The person the receptionist warned me about.
"Um... Your roomate... And I am here because I am your roommate... " Progan said, picking up the glass of milk that he had poured.

"Roommate? I asked for a solo room. Damn it." Amata said pissed. "Listen, I don't care who you are but if you disturb me, you'll be in the infirmary, got it?" Amata said to the boy. But before the male can answer, Amata went into his room and shut (slammed more like it) the door.

After talking to Kris and somewhat patching things up, Zero returned to his room and laid down on the couch belly first. "I think I patched things up but not sure. I wonder what Amata said to her? Oh well." Zero said exhausted. Just as he was about to close his eyes, a summoning circle appeared and his little sister, Sela, appeared. Zero sat up. "Sela? What is it?" Zero asks.

"Guardian asked me to give you something." Sela said with her emotionless face as she hands Zero a box. "Guardian did?" Zero asks as he takes the box. Sela nods and Zero opens the box to reveal a pair of black and red overhead headphones with a dragon mark on the ears. "Headphones?" Zero asks as he takes them out. Sela nods. "They're suppose to help channel you magic and to have them with you and on your head or around your neck at all times." Sela said. "Ok, thanks Sela." Zero said as he places them around his neck. "See ya." Sela said as the circle appears and transport her away. Zero lays down on the couch on his back. "Guess it's to help with training." Zero said as he falls asleep and takes a nap.

Grocery Store - Shopping District - Trinity Soul University

After some time peformin' the powerful and not stereotypical dances of her proud people, Sarah was all hot and bothered, sweaty like a harpy after seein' somein' that struck it's fancy. She looked like a heck of a fine dandy for the wee little plowboy if ye catch me drift, laddie, and I bet ye do... Alright fine, she was a little sweaty after playing some DDR for about thirty minutes, but nothing to get your knickers in a knot about. The vampire wiped her brow, huffed, and stepped off the machine with a proud smile on her face. She figured if she came back here every day or so to dance, it would be all the workout she needed.

There was certainly something about the endorphins rushing through Sarah's system that made her feel fantastic. Sure, she was exhausted, but it was a good kind of exhausted, one that was earned through playtime and training. Pleased that everything went better than expected, Sarah cooled herself off in a corner of the room before trudging out to the shopping district once again. Here she glanced around, craning her neck for someone she knew before shrugging and heading for a grocery store.

She still remembered what Spira had said to her, and she hoped a few juicy apples would make for a good icebreaker.

After a fairly long walk, Trista returned to the dormitories. She was incredibly excited to read her 'Sally Fletcher' book and her book on Lunar magic. Trista didn't know how lucky she might have been to find such a book but she was left to assume that she was very lucky. Such a book must have been left in that library unused for years. And now it had a reader once more. Someone that wished to study its contents and what it had to offer. It might not have provided insight in how to use her abilities but it gave her an idea on what she could and couldn't do with her magic. Without any hesitation, Trista unlocked the door to her dorm and proceeded on through.
Once inside, she noticed both Sha Yun and Lynne were sat in the lounge area. Lynne had her laptop out and it appeared that the two of them were playing a game of sorts.
"Erm... Hello? I... I'm back." Trista cautiously said. She wanted to let the two of them know that she was here. But Trista did not wish to disturb them if they were busy playing their game.

"Did you buy the candy?" Sha Yun asked, almost impatiently.

Judging by Sha Yun's tone of voice, it appeared that Trista might have taken a bit too much time in town. But she couldn't help it. Trista really wanted to get some new books in town especially that Lunar magic book. Trista nodded to Sha Yun in response to her question. Trista then quickly grabbed the candy out of a bag, that she had acquired at the bookstore, and moved over to pass them to Sha Yun. The candy was still perfectly fine despite the length of time between buying them and arriving here.
"There you go... Sha Yun." Trista quietly said. She then handed the candy over to Sha Yun and looked over towards Lynne. The girl seemed perfectly fine but Trista couldn't help but wonder about her hand and her encounter with Andrew. Was she alright? Did her hand still hurt?
"Lynne... I heard about what happened in... in the shopping district. Are you... alright?" Trista asked Lynne in a half curious, half worried voice.

Grocery Store - Shopping District - Kawaii-Desu Anime Schoolgirl University with Magic 'n Stuff

The grocery store was pleasant enough, almost like one of the human convenience stores near Ullapool. Sarah ducked inside and inquired as to where she could buy some fruits and vegetables before heading to the produce aisle. She held no ill-will towards humanity, but she found it odd how they put a price on things like apples and berries when one could go out and pick it themselves. Perhaps it had to do with localization and labor costs, but that still raised a question. If you wanted an apple badly enough, why not head to an orchard and revel in the journey? Alas, it was not for Sarah to think too hard about.

The vampire groped around for apples, bananas, celery, and generally anything she could use to make something healthy. She, liked any vampire, loved her bloody meat, but it took some spices and accompanying foods to make it a meal worthy for royalty. Avocados, cilantro, onions, jalapenos, peppers of many colors, and tomatoes occupied a grand plan in Sarah's mind. Salsa was a wonderful dipping dish, and with its heat spurring on the eater, Sarah was certain Spira would be energized enough to carry her weight in a conversation. After all, the vampire and broody-redhead had yet to be properly introduced.

Pleased with her gatherings, Sarah darted to the checkout counter and paid in full. With the cafeteria offering meals, what the vampire had in her bag would only be used for snacks and the like. Before she forgot, Sarah went off to get herself a bag of tortilla chips. One couldn't enjoy salsa by itself without chips! With the addition of the chips, Sarah's total was modest and easily paid for. Now, with her bags in hand, Sarah left the grocery store to return to her dorm room.

"Room 201A, right?" she asked herself as she stopped outside the grocery store.
