Room 304B - Male Dormitory - Trinity Soul University | Noon

As Andrew left the room, Jason realized that a decapitated head in his room would be hard to explain. For all Andrew knew, Jason collected this head.

"Wait! It's not what you think!", shouted out to Andrew as he started for the door.

Jason was about to go after Andrew and tell him what had happened, but he had a decapitated head to deal with. Right after Jason realized this, he slowly turned his head back towards Nurse Hanna's head as the fear began to slowly creep back up on him.

"How!? Y-you should be dead!", Jason said to Hanna in a shocked and slightly scared tone.

It was Him! It was truly Him! Who else would it be? At this moment, Trista didn't know what to feel. Cygnus, Trista's true best friend and the one that would always be by her side, was back. Inside Trista felt excited and truly happy that Cygnus was back. If only he never left her side... Right now, Trista would be very eager to hug him tightly and tell Cygnus how much she missed him. How he never should have left her side. But with this revelation, the crowd's discussions picked up. Some were light hearted and sympathetic while other continued to make remarks about the two. Cygnus then made the suggestion of moving away from here and talking in private. Getting away from the crowd so she can talk to him once more? Of course, Trista would go. Trista nodded and move over to go with Cygnus to find a place to be.

Just as Trista and Cygnus were about to go, a light thump could be heard nearby. Looking over to the source of the thump, Trista saw an arm lying in the ground. Still animated. The sight of such a thing was bad enough for an ordinary person but Trista didn't like the sight of it all. Trista screamed at the top of her lungs at the sight of the arm and moved to Cygnus and grabbed onto him.
"Wh... Why...?" Trista attempted to ask. "Why is there an arm on the ground?!" Trista yelled in absolute fear and surprise.

The crowd turned into a chaos as Trista pointed out the severed arm. Some freaked out, some fainted, some screamed and froze in place.

"Trista!" Cygnus lifted his pistols and waved them around to detect any threat. "Stay behind me Trista, I'll protect you-"

        PUNT!

Lynne appeared, out of nowhere. People probably didn't even know she was there until Lynne kicked the severed arm, sending it far far away to the skies. She turned around to look at Trista and, with a straight face, gave a thumbs up. "..."

Suddenly the crowd dispersed and turned into a mix of chaos, the majority ran away in fear of what could have caused the arm to appear while others fainted or froze in place. Trista wasn't sure on what to be more afraid of, the crowd or the arm. Cygnus quickly stepped up and drew out two pistols ready to shoot whoever might have caused this. Trista did not recall Cygnus having guns at all. Sure, he sometimes used a bit of force when protecting Trista or getting his point across. But never did he use actual firearms. This was something that she would have to bring up in due time. Right now, there was a strange arm on the ground nearby and maybe even the owner.

Shortly after Cygnus went defensive and began to scan the area for any threats, Lynne moved up towards the arm and... kicked it. With great force, Lynne kicked the arm and sent it flying into the distance. Who knew where the arm would end up now. With a thumbs-up from the mute artist, Trista felt relieved that she didn't have to deal with it. But this only raised questions as to what had happened and as to who the arm belonged to?
"I... Erm... Th-Thank you... Lynne." Trista thanked Lynne. Her voice still showed signs of shock and fear but it wasn't as bad as earlier. "What... What do you think happened? Where did that... that arm come from?" Trista asked around. More specifically towards Cygnus and Lynne.

"I... I haven't the slightest." Cygnus said. "But in this hectic situation, we can safely get away. Come on, Trista, follow me."

Cygnus grabbed onto Trista's hand, like how he used to hold her hand, 8 years ago, and led her away from the crowd to a quieter, safer location.

The girl that was watching seemed interested by the other who kicked the arm away and into the distance. After the people were beginning to disperse, she got up and went in the general direction the arm flew.

              Infirmary

Kiara entered the infirmary with an almost sheepish expression on her face as she went to Hannah's office without a word, still carrying the nurse's torso.

As Hannah's head just... sat there she sighed as she looked at Jason.

"Long story short I'm not really alive, nor was I ever alive... That is all you need to know and OW SOMEONE KICKED ME!!!" She said when obviously... no one kicked her head... but she had felt the pain from when Lynne just punted her arm back at the Training Ground.

"Goddammit! Listen kid I need your freaking help finding my arms, legs, and more importantly my body. If you help me I will reward you okay? Now just pick me up and well... I can probably try and feel where my arm is..." Hannah said in a serious tone as she began to control her arm that's in the Library... her arm is now crawling around the library, feeling around.

Jason was a little hesitant to help, simply because of how bizarre this situation was, but after a moment, Jason's calm demeanor had mostly returned. Jason took a deep breath, and after clearing his mind, he looked back at Hannah.

"Okay. Let's go find your body.", Jason said in a calm, yet slightly tense tone.

Jason then walked over to his bed, and despite spending a couple seconds debating on whether or not he should pick up Hannah's head, he reached out and lifted her off of his bed.

"Um... Where should I put you? Should I just tuck you under my arm?", Jason awkwardly asked Nurse Hannah as he looked at her.

With a simple answer, Cygnus grabbed Trista's hand and led her away from the Training Grounds to somewhere safer. The feeling of it brought back old memories of when Trista and Cygnus used to play together when they were younger. Trista smiled and giggled over this all. It was like a dream. A dream that had come true after several years. Trista thought back to when they were young. More specifically, the summer of 2005.

"Come on, Trista. I heard there was a star shower tonight." Cygnus said to Trista as he grabbed onto her hand and began to run. 2005, an interesting year for some and just an ordinary year for others. It was July 10th, the night before Trista's 10th birthday. To get prepared for the day, Trista's parents were busy working in and around the house and their store to get everything prepared for the day. To help out, Cygnus' parents opted for Trista and Cygnus to spend the day together considering how well the two of them got along. The day went great and the two kids had a lot of fun. As night quickly fell, Cygnus remembered that a star shower was going to take place on that very night. So, the young Cygnus decided to bring Trista over to 'the usual spot'. 'The usual spot' was a hill located near where Cygnus lived in the town of Ceres. Due to its height and location, it provided a clear view of the sky; perfect for stargazing and observing the night sky.
"A star shower? Really? Let's go, let's go, let's go!" Trista shouted in sheer excitement followed by a giggle of joy. Her voice filled with such happiness over the idea of viewing a star shower. But not just that. Viewing a star shower on the night before her birthday.

Thinking back to that night brought so much joy to Trista. And now, here she was. Being pulled around by Cygnus by the hand like as if he had never left. Trista couldn't be happier. Cygnus was back. Back to her.

Upon finishing the section, Aaron scooped the large book under his arm and began to walk out of the library. He stopped dead in his tracks as he noticed what seemed to be an arm crawling around the floor. He simply stood there staring at the disembodied appendage.

Cygnus took Trista into the main building and, from there, a deserted laboratory. He closed the door for some privacy and stared at Trista, to make sure it wasn't an illusion. It wasn't. Trista was real, and back with him, like how it used to be and how it should be.

"Trista..." Cygnus tried to speak, but no words could come out so easily. No words could express how happy he was to see Trista. "It... It's good to see you."

After a long run from the Training Grounds, Cygnus lead Trista into an empty laboratory. A laboratory that was obviously used for various kinds of classes. Ones that were related to the application of magical abilities and usage of them in the real world. In this moment of silence and peace, Trista thought about where they were and what was going. It was only the two of them. Alone. No crowd, no distractions, nothing. Trista felt at peace. Even more so than she usually is. The only thing that could make this better would be if the two of them were at 'the usual spot'. But this wasn't Ceres. And the two weren't in California anymore.

Trista took the time to look over Cygnus. To see how much he had changed over the years. Of course, Cygnus was older and much more defined. He now had a presence of authority and control. One that showed that he liked to maintain order while giving the effect that he should not be messed with. Not that Trista ever would. She cared too much about Cygnus to even begin to think about betraying him or messing with him.
"It... It really is you, Cygnus. You're back!" Trista responded in both wonder and joy. Her voice reaching volumes that, while still considered somewhat quiet, were definitely loud by her standards. "I... I..." Trista attempted to follow up but her voice began to degrade, losing some of its volume and enthusiasm. Shortly after, tears then began to form in Trista's eyes. Tears of both joy and of sorrow. The joy of having Cygnus back with her but also the sorrow caused from having missed him. Without hesitation, Trista then ran up to Cygnus and began to tightly hug him.
"I missed you so much! I didn't think you would ever return!" Trista cried out as she held onto Cygnus. Her tears running down her face as she held onto the one who cared about her the most. Words could not begin to describe how much she missed him and how he never should have left Trista.

"Trista-" Cygnus was taken aback by Trista's sudden actions, but did not step away. He instead embraced Trista back, supplying a place for Trista to express her oppressed emotions onto. "I missed you too."

"..." Lynne stared at the two running away from the crowd, leaving her behind. As soon as the arm was gone and the couple took off fron the scene, the large crowd dissipated like dust in the wind, leaving Lynne alone.

                            She was alone once again.

"..." Lynne looked about, her face indifferent but her body motions more somber than they once were. She once again declined herself from the illusions of happiness and walked, walked to wherever her whim takes her to.

Trista continued to hold onto Cygnus, her grip neither loosening nor tightening. Trista had so much to say but at the same time, she just wanted to be silent and just be with Cygnus. Gradually, her tears began to stop and Trista looked up to Cygnus who been there embracing her.
"I... It's been so long, Cygnus. I didn't know what I would do without you... I almost gave up on hoping you would return." Trista followed up quietly. Her voice may have seemed quiet but, in the silence of the laboratory, it was perfectly audible. Eventually, Trista loosened her grip and let go of Cygnus. Trista would have wanted to just keep holding onto him for the rest of the day. But she knew that she could be doing other things aside that, as nice as being with Cygnus again seemed. Wiping away the last of her tears, she cleared her throat and prepared herself for a proper discussion. The number of years apart meant that a lot had happened for the two of them. Perfect for catching up with each other and finding out what had happened since Cygnus left.
"Could I ask something? What are you doing here? Out of all of the places to be, I didn't think you would be here." Trista said to Cygnus. Despite having gotten most of her emotion out of the way, her voice was still quiet and had a tinge of emotion to it.

After Raylin pulls Amata and Zero from the sakura tree, they played a few games and sparred quite a few times until the sun started to set. "Looks like it's getting late." Zero said looking at the sky all bruised up from the spars. "So our last day is over now huh?" Raylin asks depressed. "Let's go to the Guardian Shrine." Amata said looking towards the center of the village. Raylin and Amata started to walk but Zero stood still. Raylin turned around. "Zero, aren't you coming?" She asks him. "Go ahead, I need to get something." Zero said and ran off somewhere.

                                Guardian Shrine: Sunset

Raylin and Amata are standing in front of Ryuukashigeni, who is at his true height. Ryuukashigeni is laying down looking at the two young kids. "Where is Zero?" An middle aged man asks standing by Ryuukashigeni. "We don't know sir, he ran off somewhere before we came here." Raylin said to the man. A running sound comes from the shrine's entrance. "I'm..... here." Zero says panting as he stops running. "Where did you go?" Raylin asks. "To... get... this." Zero said as he reaches into his right pocket. "Here." Zero says taking his hand out clentched. Zero takes Raylin's right hand and places a crystal with a black line going trough it.

The man looks at the crystal. "Guardian Ryuukashigeni, that crystal is a." The man said. "I know." Ryuukashigeni said interrupting the man. "Time for you young ones to go." Ryuukashigeni said to them."Understood, thank you for letting us stay here to train." Amata said and bowed. "Thank you." Raylin said and bows too. A white circle appears under Raylin and Amata. "Goodbye Zero." Amata said. Zero nods. "Zero, I'll take care of the crystal. Let's meet again soon." Raylin said. "Yeah, let's meet again." Zero said before Raylin and Amata disappeared.
