Aye, CASTs have a full blown personality. We definitely know she can feel the full range of emotions (pleasure from shooting things, surprise from being snuck up on, pain, etc etc)
So she would have the KH definition of a heart.

Is a nobody like a "Dark Link"? Or more than just a "reflection" of a person?

I guess they're more like reflections. They are pretty much that person, but without a heart and all the hassle of being a nobody. They don't change personality wise.
