It's the region after Hamel. Where you pretty much fight the TRUE final boss there. The only one that is close to reaching the level to go to Sander is my 48 (0r 47 I don't remember) Blade Master. Even if I did somehow go there at my Blade Master's current level I probably wouldn't be able to jacksh*t due to being under leveled for the fields and dungeons.

Ran is a guy. That picture I posted is of Karis the Succubus Queen in her True form.

Ran's still the final boss of Hamel (not unless you count the secret boss Helputt of Hamel.) Karis True Form is the final boss of Sander the village after Hamel. As such she is now like the true final boss.
