You take the last syllable of the last character mentioned and say a character with that same syllable in the first part of their name.
Example: Kanako -> Koishi

Surely 'tis not so? The only "RI"s I remembered were Rikako, Rigurun, and Rinnosuke.
And while "Aya" was taken "Shameimaru" wasn't, (and that would've worked for "SH")
