Should ID-0 be considered hacked blocks?

I mean, I see all the new players have like 100 ID-0's when they start in the survival. It's just not normal to obtain that much airblock when you first start in the survival.

Actually, empty slots in your inventory are null. True ID-0 blocks crash your client, or if you can get them to not, are rendered as fire blocks, but do nothing when placed.

My software doesn't have bugs. It just develops random features.
Do you have a hour emergency call systems broadcasting radio station WNYW or Internet Explorer? Well? Which one?
