We still got a Touhoumon thread, it's even labeled as Touhoumon help. You might say that if you post there, it will be a necro, but it's better than making a new thread, and as you are bringing something new to the discussion, it should be ok.

Unzip the file so you'll get a. gba file then when you start the Visual Boy, select the .gba file and enjoy. Make sure your Visual Boy is 1.7.2 so you can save.
