Futo, it's not like you even need to help build Gensokyo specifically for the time being. As long as you show an active, positive commitment to the community, show capabilities to build well, and take some leadership, that's all you really need!

Promotions are discussed amongst the staff, there is always a good reason someone gets promoted.
