We run Bukkit as our server which is a modification of the vanilla minecraft server. That being said, Bukkit probably won't update for about a week or two so we can't even switch even if we wanted to. Aside from that, we still need to wait for plugins to finish updating to the new bukkit, which again probably won't be out for a week or two.
That being said I'd say don't expect us to switch to 1.6 for about a month.
If you've already updated, then go to http://assets.minecraft.net/1_5_2/minecraft.jar and if you are on a:
Mac:
- Go to User/YourUser/Library/ApplicationSupport/minecraft/bin/
- Drag and drop/replace the minecraft.jar you just downloaded
- Start MC!
Windows:
- Open up the start menu and type in %APPDATA% in the search window (at the bottom) and hit enter
- Go to /Roaming/.minecraft/bin/
- Drag and drop/replace the minecraft.jar you just downloaded
- Start MC!

tl;dr We won't update to 1.6 until Bukkit and the plugins we have installed are all updated.
edit: At this point, not updating because I'm in Japan and I don't have enough time to make the switch, bug test, and do the other 20 things which are needed cuz big changes with 1.6 server-side for Gensokyo.
