I'll be pasteing this in today as I have an area ready for in in Gensokyo. as for the dream world that will be done underground with some world edit haxmagic however for Makai which is going to have its entrance near there as well I'm debating using a world guarded section of the nether or a custom generated world much like the giant plains that makes the blank canvas for Gensokyo. I've been doing research on it and Makai is described as quite large, probably larger than the underground easily O.o
