What happened to ban appeals?

I go their and all I can see is my own ban appeal. The main page says the last post is private. I need someone to explain why this happened.

Futo, that's not an answer, that's not up to you, and he was unbanned a while ago.
The ban appeals was set to private so that only admins can see it because regular members don't need to see what happens there and they don't need to post there.

As Suika said, this was an administrative decision agreed upon by the staff. After all, there's really no reason why anyone needs to see a thread that's not their own ban appeal.
