What kind of Mods are allowed in Touhou Servers

I thought the Touhou Mod would be one of the okay mods to use. However, I'm not really sure because I haven't asked anyone about this yet. I know there are somne mods that are not allowed. I just want to know which one is allowed to be use.

Things that need a server side to function doesn't matter. It's normally okay as long as you cant use it for cheating.

If you want to play with mods then you might consider checking out RTY, a custom FTB server we have.
