"Everyone down! He's got a book!" ~Soldier.
YukkuriCraft is one big community, right? It's filled with wondrous people who come from many different backgrounds, cultures, religions, and interests. I personally have seen quite a few people's creativity, and it fills me with a joy that rivals a child looking upon a candy shop. While I love what people can do with their creativity in Minecraft by building, I'm curious to know what they can create. My memory is terrible, but I think I remember something about bookcases being able to store books in the future. As a writer and as a neckbeard who RPs Patchouli Knowledge, I've taken it upon myself to write a few books every now and then using the Book and Quill system in Minecraft. I can fill a few shelves on my own, but that won't be fun if I'm the sole writer here.
I implore each and every single one of you to sit down and write a book in creative mode/gensokyo, then store them away in an Ender chest or on your person. The books can be about whatever you want them to be. Fantasy, fiction, sci-fi, slice of life, horror, you name it. Write about sophisticated erotica, a diary to publish, or maybe even the next Remi x Console-tan. Let's fill Minecraft with more than our buildings. Let's tell the stories we want to be told. When the time comes for a good public library (it would be a good idea to have a dropbox in Viole or Kagome's bookshop), we'll have a conglomerate of aspiring Minecraft authors ready to have their stories read.
