...........Would this be possible to apply server side or is this client side only?
I'm assuming Client side cause this sort of thing would be messing with ...textures is it?

It's part of a touhou texture pack. You could easily apply it to your personal client.

We will not implement server-side mods ever. We do not want people to miss out on any portion of the Yukkuricraft experience because they didn't know to download a mod.
