Also something I would like that was in PSO-World Forums (This is the completely and utterly trivial thing of this post, feel free to ignore this part...)

The status is a phrase and the "Forum Rank" (And of course for example, Junior Member, Member, Senior Member etc) can be customized freely.

So In this case I went with something that if you took it as a sentence [Arrow] is [Online], [Nuff' Said.]

But again this is the part that doesn't really matter.

Yes, it is possible to customize user titles, it is a vbulletin feature. Not sure if you can add it though without having to pay for it.
