Yes, I'm a plugin developer posting a server suggestion revolving around a plugin. Is that a problem :^)
So, what the hell is NeverDownProxy?
It's a plugin. Back-end one; you would barely notice it as a normal user if Mojang's servers are up. What it really does is that it records your last IP address used to join the server, so that when the auth servers are down, it can quickly say you're authenticated and there's no need to connect to auth server, and thus, allows YukkuriCraft to survive auth server outages.
Wait what? This sounds goddamn awesome! Put it in! Now!
No. The reason why I am somewhat against this is because:
I don't believe you. You're lying. You are obviously a scammer trying to get money. "omg tenshi aimbot wtf ban !admins !admins !vk tenshi aimbot"
http://www.spigotmc.org/resources/neverdown.583/
Here you go. Again, I have not tested this personally and therefore, do not know how it works. I also do not have access to it's source code, so I truly 100% don't know how it works in terms of code.
So where do I find this?

No. The reason why I am somewhat against this is because:
- It costs money.
- The IPv4 exhaustion often results in IPs being reused.
- I personally have not tested this myself; it costs money, and I don't have any currently.
