Lost my inventory on server side issue, any chance of getting my stuff back?

So a while back my i logged in and my inventory was deleted, i asked around and some other guys had similar issues. So is there any way i could get my stuff back please?
I had full non enchanted diamond armor, diamond pic with fortune 2 and efficiency 4, sharpness 3 diamond sword and almost a full inventory of stone bricks.

Find an admin, they'll replace your stuff.
I can give you some items though, I have lots o' iron.

Talk to a mediator or admin when you see them online and point them to this thread.
