First things first, the format, since it's most important. I propose a format so suggestions won't be vague in the future. Suggested:
What is it you are suggesting
Is it beneficial for everyone
Could it be actually be used for something? If so, explain how:
Does it require 28571928576 hours of configuring
Next, MineWriter. MineWriter is a plugin that allows books to be written from a web browser rather then in-game. It allow you to also colorize text inside of a book without copy/pasting the section symbol thingy. I guess it could be used to create books faster.
However: It is not relesed yet. It's still being worked on. I suggest this for the future.

Format for server suggestions would be nice, actually. Also, remember that the bitbucket link that's available through the announcement section or occasional in-game announcement is also an option. I've fixed all issues reported pretty promptly :P
