ADD: Black Market/ Mob shop

I personally think this would be great. It would benefit anybody who wants to buy non survival items like the circle stone block or the sponge.
It doesn't exactly have to be a shop that is run, but if a person said "Hey, if a builder isn't too busy ATM, could I buy some bricks?"

and non busy, builder should (doesn't mean have to) come and sell him what he wants.

Builders should use discretion, obviously you don't sell a yukkuri 64 tnt.


Prices could work with a standard list, but is flexible to a certain degree. I builder should mainly adhere to the set prices but can make amendments so long as they are still be within a price range that is considered "reasonable" and "fair'

I had a quite organized builder shop on touhoucraft, and lemme tell ya, builder tend to lower their prices to become more popular :3

I was going to try and actually start the quest system soon and the rewards would include money. When that happens (hopefully soon) I was going to include a market area accessible via warps so you could purchase various rare items.
