I don't know if this is a bug or what, but when I try to place a sign in the creative flats, it won't let me write stuff on it, is this intended for building or something along those lines?

Sometimes you have to accept the fact that certain things will never go back to how they used to be.

Since i can't sleep and have nothing better to do i looked into your problem. Pressing tab before you begin to type fixes this issue, also it appears players with windows 10 seem to have this problem.
