[DENIED]ADD: Permission to /hat in survival.

I would like for all ranks of players to use the /hat command.

This is beneficial to any person who wants to wear a block on their head.

Can it be used for anything? It can be used for social purposes or comedic effect.

My main argument is Why not?? It doesn't affect gameplay, and I doubt this could be used in some sort of exploit.

I actually have it disabled specifically because there's currently an un-fixable bug where you can hat yourself in creative, come over to survival, and put that block in your inventory. (coughdiamondblockscough)
