Everytime I attempt to log in, it tells me that the server refused to connect, I have tried other servers and they connect just fine, is this a problem for everyone or just me?

Yep it's down. Box is offline or is cut of from the internet so not much we can do currently.

It's back up. IP changed so wait a bit for DNS to update.
