Hostel Mobs spawning in Gensokyo and creapers doing explosion damage to landscape

I don't want you to be to alarmed it's not the Permagenso world it's the new one "Gensokyo" that only a hand full of people under builder rank have access too. anyay i loged onto minecraft in the new gensokyo world at night and there were hostel mobs everywhere
. They seem to only spawn at night and outside the protected area that's worldgaurded but it didn't seem right to me. at the least i'm pretty sure this wasn't intentional.

I wasn't aware that the worldguard region DIDN'T cover any part of gensokyo... herp.

Should be fixed now.
