What it is:
A mod that wraps around the server to monitor it's health. If the server happens to die or stop responding, the mod automatically restarts the server.
Why: Because if Remi is ded/sleeping/uuu'ing and the server dies, then the server stays dead until Remi/someone with console access gets into the server and restarts it manually.
