I have been blind this whole time...
I kept seeing tutorials on how to make characters that involve reference pics and what not
free hand in 3D space...
<- cannot do.
I like to be able to define how long something is and where it should be exactly tyvm....
Who needs skins? :~)

I still wouldn't really recommend making something without any reference pics, but you don't have to follow them 100%. You can take your own freedom too.
