What is it you are suggesting? So, I've checked the forum in all the places a new player would look to see the server rules, or there are absolutely no rules whatsoever? Is it beneficial for everyone? Obviously.
Could it be actually be used for something? Information.
Unless the rules are written somewhere else, but as I see server Information/Announcements it would be indeed relevant.
