Aqua Jet physical? But isn't this a Gen III game, where all water moves always were special?
Physical/Special split happened in Gen IV IIRC.

Also, priority is separate from whether or not a move is physical or special. It doesn't matter anyways. Kabutops doesn't learn Aqua Jet in Gen III. It's actually a Gen IV move.

Isn't there a "feature" in FRLG where a Gen I Pokemon is prevented from evolving into a later Gen Pokemon until you get the National Dex?
