Yep.

Jubei might be a master in combat, but that doesn't mean he knows everyone's exact tricks and fighting styles. There is like you said almost always something new to learn.

Sana, the Sage of Embrace
Name: Wriggurino

Timezone: PST

NPC Character: Sana the Gardevoir

- Read the future
- Sense impending danger
- Distort the dimensions

- Ignore pull of gravity
- Unleash psychic power

Additional to this, with Sana's possible moves, she can also

Mega Evolution
When Sana mega-evolves, her psychic power is increased dramatically, and she grows faster: fast enough to reach the speed of 160 mph when fully sprinting.

???
TBA

Weapons:

Sana's psychic power comes from the red fin-like horn on her chest, which is supposed to represent the heart, like all Gardevoirs.

When Sana mega-evolves, the red fin splits into two, representing an open heart.

Weaknesses:

Steel types
Ghost types
Poison types
Strong physical attacks.

Sana can hit back Poison types with Psychic attacks, and counter Ghost with Shadow Ball. So the only real threat are Steel types and strong physical attackers. Even then, she can Will-o-wisp them so that their attacks are cut in half.

Appearances:

Regular

Mega

Personality:
Absolutely selfless, Sana does anything to make sure that those she care for are saved, even by sacrificing her own life. This trait, along with her tendencies to calm those around her, makes her a desirable Pokemon. She has a bit of leadership, often times successfully suggesting someone to do something that would often times lead to a better result.

When she mega-evolves, she takes a more authoritative mood of an empress. She commands, instead of ordering. She inspires, instead of alleviating. She is still the selfless, compassionate Pokemon, except now she considers strategic maneuvers as well.

Morality: Lawful Good

Biography:

Sana was born in an egg by a trainer in Sinnoh as a Ralts. The trainer, ecstatic of the shiny Pokemon, kept the Ralts stored in the PC to brag to all his friends. In the PC were other Pokemon that were not selected by the trainer who were still happy with their lives. The veteran members of the trainer's parties often visited the PC while the trainer rested in the Pokemon Center, telling tales of epic battles that they faced. The young Sana dreamt of being the core member of the team, but the trainer's Old Maid the Musharna was too big of a wall to jump over for Sana...

The chance came soon, however, when Old Maid the Musharna was stolen away from the trainer by Team Plasma. In grief and in desperation, the trainer rummaged through the PC to find the replacement of Old Maid, and Sana was chosen. Determined to fight for the trainer in a righteous battle, Sana waited for the day to be put into battle.

The battles, however, were not glory. The tales that the veteran Pokemon told to the innocent Pokemon in the PC were lies. The Pokemon battles were not honorable, but only gruesome. They weren't based around rules and regulations, but around survival. Those that did not survive were thrown out, only to be replaced by others that will meet the same fate eventually. Sana was no exception. After losing a crucial battle against Skyla, Sana was released from the PC into the wild. Brokenhearted, Sana, now a Gardevoir, wandered the world without food, rest, or sleep for several days before collapsing.

She woke up, three days later, in a small cave, with a stack of human food next to a bonfire. Starving, Sana dug into the food and ate until satisfied, without knowing that there was a Lucario and a Froslass by the entrance. Surprised, Sana took a defensive stance, only to find out that the Lucario and the Froslass meant no harm. They identified themselves as Nera and Mara respectively. They told her that they found Sana, one step away from death, lying on the ground near their hunting ground. Sana realized that wild Pokemon had bonds that were tighter than that between the trainers' Pokemon, and decided to join the two...

Until they disappeared.

Sana knew not where they went. No matter how far into the future she looked, all she could find was a foggy, deathly smoke that surrounded the truth. Something was happening to the two. It was something bad. As her species name inferred, Sana took off into the journey to find the two Pokemon that she truly loved and held dear, into the real world.

Trauma:

A battle between Pokemon are not pretty. In fact, Sana has seen more gruesome fate of Pokemon that weren't deemed strong by the trainers than any other Pokemon. These tormenting visions, formed as nightmares, haunt her every now and then.

Notes:

Gardevoir is love, Gardevoir is life
Goomy is love, Goomy is life
Male Gardevoir is OP

I can't find a good theme for her D:

I DID IT (Big thanks to my personal maid Pringles)

NPC Character of Choice: Dust

Game of Origin: Dust: An Elysian Tail

Power: Dust is a very skilled, and very capable fighter. Being incredibly agile both on the ground, and in the air as he prefers a more swift and brutal fighting style. In combat Dust uses very swift strikes and slashes with his blade, trying to take out his opponents as quickly as possible which makes him seem like he doesn't fight with much strategy. Although he is quite the opposite, having a strong amount of knowledge on combat he knows when to strike, how to strike, and even when to go on the evasive. This makes Dust in a 1 on 1 fight a serious opponent who should not be taken lightly.

As mentioned above Dust is not just a skilled fighter on the ground, but also in the air. He is not afraid of taking his opponents airborne in a fight. No he cannot fly, but with the sword of Ahrah he can easily knock opponents into the air in which they will be at his mercy (unless they were as mobile as he is in the air. Also people who are heavy or large enough will not be knocked up along with him.)

Weapons:
The Sword of Ahrah: A single handed blade, and 1 of the 5 blades of Elysium. It is a blade that contains a "soul" of sorts (it can speak, giving Dust helpful tips and advice. Being Dust's voice of reason in several cases.) Ahrah usually frowns upon any form of unnecessary risk taking and knows much more than he lets on which pertains to his relatively secretive nature. The blade is also highly durable, and incredibly sharp as it is capable of cutting into stone without chipping or cracking.

With Ahrah Dust can perform a special technique called the Dust Storm with where he spins it to create a vacuum that damages enemies and sucks objects smaller than Dust in. It continually draws power, and if Dust keeps up the Dust Storm long enough it can actually injure him. Making it a high risk/high reward technique.

Weaknesses: Dust only uses a blade, and as such he is a CQC fighter, lacking any real kind of ranged attacks. He also does not possess any super human abilities aside from possibly highetned pain tolerance, and speed. He is still vulnerable to poisons, getting burned, cursed, and various other things. He is also prone to messing up, even when under severe stress. As he IS known for getting highly angered at even some of the slightest slip-ups.

Appearance:
Spoiler
He stands at about 5ft 4-6.

Personality: Dust, despite his strong charisma, is almost shy and is very reserved with good reason. This mannerism usually makes him come across as a bit stand-offish, which Fidget often points out when he is talking to people. He knows the difference between right and wrong, going overboard on justice at certain times, however he is more than willing to help out people no matter what help they are looking for.

Dust displays distinctive personalities carried on from two souls who have passed away prior to the main story of his game. He possesses the soul of Cassius and Jin. Carrying traits from Cassius, Dust is gifted (or cursed) with the knowledge of combat, enabling him to easily defeat several mobs at a time and wield extraordinary amounts of power. Though with this advantage in battle, he often appears aggressive towards situations beyond his control, often to the point of feeling agitated or violent at minor slip-ups.

Dust also carries the traits of Jin, which makes Dust act thoughtful towards people and label his actions with reason. The majority of Dust's strong-willed behavior originates from Jin's trait of following through with tasks and using a great deal of consideration towards victims and offenders.

Morality: Heroic Good: He is willing to help, and is thoughtful towards others. If there is someone in need he will at least try to help them.

Biography:
SpoilerHe was first seen in his game when he awoke in a forest of The Glade. Ahrah approached him and explained to Dust that he is the fated swordbearer. Of which Fidget arrived a short time after and demanded the return of the sword, only to be the companion to Dust by Ahrah's order. Dust then contemplated his identity and Ahrah told him to set forth towards the east of Falana to discover his past.

Leaving The Glade, Dust arrived outside of a peaceful village where he met Cora. She told him of voices crying for help from the farm just beyond them and Fidget insisted on helping the people. Dust involved himself in a heroic act of saving Oneida and Geehan from a catastophical ambush of giants. Saving them both with a minor injury to Geehan's ankle and moving into the Aurora Village alerted the village guards, Bean and Callum. Though Dust mentioned he stopped the giants attack and the farming couple were in need of medical attention, Callum instantly becomes suspicious of Dust's timing of the event whilst Bean thanks him for his bravery. Later, Dust and Fidget saved a group of villagers, and meets a girl named Ginger, who seemed to feel something familiar within Dust, but shakes it off.

Later down the road, he indeed discovered his past when he stumbled into his old household. He recollected his final moments as Jin, before he and his companions were joined by Ginger and Elder Gray-Eyes. They then proceeded to tell him that he is a fusion of two souls, of Jin and his muderer, Cassius, as well as revealing that Ginger was the sister of Jin, making her his sister as well. With his questions answered, he departed for Giaus, whom tried to sway Dust to his side once more by constantly manipulating the Cassius side of him. However, Dust made a stand and exclaimed that he has his own choice, and chooses not to be bound by his former incarnites. With a climatic battle with Giaus, Dust was weakened by a explosion, but is strong enough to temporarily save Giaus, only for Giaus to remark that Cassius and the world that they had carved where gone, and as such committed suicide. Dust collapsed in exaustion, but soon Fidget managed to reach him. She tried to summon Dust to his feet, but he declined, claiming that while he did everything right, it was sometimes not enough. Fidget regretably abandoned Dust, who was consumed by the lava. However, as Ginger and Fidget mourned the aparent loss of Ahrah and Dust, both noticed a storm of dust rising, along with a rejuvinated Ahrah, before parting for the Glade, hinting that Dust and Ahrah were alive.

Skip to the Horizon Incident where Dust and Ahrah were brought into the Real World. At first the two of them were confused, but Ahrah remained calm while Dust began to lose his cool. Thankfully Ahrah did calm Dust down enough, and afterwards they set off to a new journey. 7 months ago they found themselves in New York where after helping out around the city enough they both finally got a place to stay, they now live in a not too bad, yet not very nice... or clean apartment. Fortunately neither one worries about their living conditions as they mostly spend their time on the streets doing their best to help out around the city.

Traumas: Even when Dust regained his memories, the knowledge of being the end result of the fusion of two separate souls is still quite jarring. It has recently caused him to question his own existence. Especially with him being in the real world.

Notes: Okay. I am bringing Dust from Dust: An Elysian Tail in because I couldn't help it. I recently fell in love with the game. I really did.

I also say accepted.

Another character that would be interesting to see interact with Kristia's beast duo of Nero and Renamon.

NPC Character of Choice: Gaige the Mechromancer

Spoiler
Game of Origin: Borderlands 2

Power: Gaige has two main powers:
The first category are an assortment of abilities or "perks" that help her while figthing her enemies, this perks are:

.-Anarchy: this skill improves her damage but lowers her accuracy each time she kills an opponent, or completely empties and reloads a magazine with her weapon. with it, Gaige gains an Anarchy 'stack' whenever she kills an enemy, or fires every bullet from her weapon's magazine. Each Anarchy stack adds 1.75% to her Gun Damage, but lowers her Accuracy by [B]1.75% in exchange
. Anarchy does not wear off by itself, and continues to add stacks with each subsequent kill or emptied magazine. Gaige's stacks 'max out' at 150, giving her a maximum potential benefit of +262.5% Gun Damage at a cost of -262.5% Accuracy. After fully investing in Preshrunk Cyberpunk, this limit can be extended to up to 400 stacks, increasing the benefit to up to +700% Gun Damage and -700% Accuracy. One step further is using the Slayer of Terramorphous class mod, allowing for up to 600 stacks or 1050% Gun Damage and -1050% Accuracy.

Preshrunk Cyberpunk: A skill that increases the maximum amount of Anarchy stacks that Gaige can have.

Strength of Five Gorillas: This skill improves both Deathtrap's melee damage, as well as the damage of her own melee attacks by 5 times her strength

Close Enough: A skill that gives missed bullets a chance to ricochet off surfaces towards targets.
Gaige's Anarchy skill vastly multiplies her damage output at the cost of accuracy; Close Enough allows her to hit enemies at medium distances, even with high Anarchy stacks. A weapon fired at a solid surface near an enemy will ricochet for 25% of its original damage per second. Anarchy's damage increase will mean that this remains a very respectable and dangerous amount. The auto-aim effect of Close Enough allows a resourceful player to strike enemies without exposing him or herself to enemy fire. It can also help when fighting for a second wind, since players aim less effectively while crippled.Additionally the ricochet chance is applied to each bullet rather than each shot. Therefore weapons which fire multiple bullets per shot such as shotguns can reliably produce ricocheted bullets every shot. Conversely, slow weapons such as sniper rifles may be difficult to rely on for triggering Close Enough.Ricocheting bullets are aimed towards enemies' critical hit points. This is useful for regular bullets but may be less effective for weapons with slow or erratic projectiles. Close Enough is also particularly useful against certain enemy types. Foes with frontal armour, or carrying physical shields, can often be damaged more effectively by aiming for a surface under or behind them with this skill. The ricochets are also able to target cloaked enemies such as stalkers.

The second power of Gaige is rather a robot called Deathtrap

The Deathtrap is the science project-turned bodyguard of the Mechromancer class, Gaige. Formerly called "D374-TP" before completion it is now affectionately called "DT" or "Deathtrap" by Gaige, its creator. Gaige's skill, "Summon Deathtrap," summons Deathtrap to fight for her. His abilities are

Deathtrap's main method of attack is a single melee strike with its digistructed claws every 1.5 seconds. Against flying or otherwise out of reach enemies, Deathtrap will fire a highly accurate electric bolt.

Buck Up: It gives Deathtrap the ability to restore the shield of one ally

Explosive Clap: Deathtrap creates an explosion that damages all nearby enemies by clapping his claws heavily.

The Stare: A skill that gives Deathtrap the ability to shoot a powerful heat-beam from his eye. Every so often, Deathtrap will pause, and fire the beam, deals constant fire elemental damage to a single enemy; additionally, this beam can pass through solid objects and thus will never miss once it has started.

Weapons:The mechromancer has four weapons, an asortment of grenades and a shield

Rubi: Rubi is a pistol manufactured by Maliwan that shoots corrosive bullets. Wielding Rubi causes damage dealt by the wielder to restore an amount of their health relative to the damage inflicted. While the damage-to-health rate of other Moxxi weapons hovers around 2%, Rubi's effect is higher at 12%
Spoiler

Judge: The Judge is pistol manufactured by Jakobs that has bonus critical hits. The Judge is of higher quality than most Jakobs pistols of the same level, and boasts some additional critical hit damage.
Spoiler

Coach Gun: A double-barreled shotgun that have high damage and pellet count at the cost of using two rounds of ammunition per shot, coupled with a low magazine size. The typical magazine size is two, making it a single-fire weapon
Spoiler

The Rapier: An assault rifle manufactured by Vladof, Rapier has the highest melee damage modifier in the game, but a much lower gun damage than similar quality assault rifles. It is a good choice for melee-focused characters
Spoiler

Kiss of Death: A Transfusion Grenade manufactured by Maliwan. This grenade homes in and sticks to the target's face. Deals elemental damage over time until the target dies or the grenade detonates. Upon exploding sends out life orbs that heal allies.
Spoiler

Deadly Bloom: It is a nova shield manufactured by Torgue. This shield is useful for any character to assist in getting second winds as the secondary explosion can quickly revive the character, even if an enemy is behind them. Using it to this effect is easiest when either focusing on close combat or to protect against common melee enemies that may ambush unexpectedly.
Spoiler

Weaknesses: Aside the fact that she has great survival skills and is prepared for apocalyptic events, Gaige is a human and can suffer human weaknesses

Appearance: Gaigee wears a turtleneck vest. A red shirt with a skull printed (identical to the back of the vest) Whose right arm shows the bare shoulder, a red skirt, black and white stripped long socks, and normal shoes. Her hair is made up in what could be a pony tail except that it goes like spiked endings while she has a pair of tinted glasses on the top of her forehead. She has a variety of accesories made of mechanical things on her neck, wrists like nuts, screws, a lock on her right wrist and a wrench sheated on her right lower leg. The mechromancer´s left arm was lost due to a metal sheet slicing it off and she changed her organic limb to a mechanical one with all full fingers and movement.
Spoiler

Deathtrap is a hulking, floating, robotic torso with one large eye, no legs, and massive arms ending in digistructed claws. Parts of its body have small motifs, including a skull, bones, a padlocked heart, and tally marks.
