oh I know I have my problems, the grammar and rushing mostly.

The first is usually caused because I do it while at work, so many times I write as fast as I can to both have work done and be here. The second one happens when I´m seriously into the character, but in other cases when things are slow (mostly this and last month) when there is activity, I post, but then comes somebody saying he/she had this post ready for a while. Then I have to edit/erase my post so he/she can use his/hers.

So that is also my problem, I let others put their stuff while I move mine to the side

Looks like too many people took it offensively even though I never meant to be aggressive.

I did not post that to start a shitstorm. I just wanted to voice my opinion on the recent influx of inactivity on the RP forum. I was afraid that it would die off slowly but surely and I wanted to give it a little stimulus package, not only make sure people do not forget that this exist, but transform the RP community into a higher form.

Enough ranting. I feel like this was a bad idea now.

what did you expect by giving us the full punch? as I said in earlier posts, one thing is giving an advice, but it can become a rant depending on how you give it

Ok, I'm back from lunch. :p

@Kristia

That is something we'll need to work on. I understand the rushing part. After all, it can be difficult to balance both work and the RPs at once, but I would say that the biggest weakness would have to be not just one or the other. Now that I think about it, weakness #2 might be caused by weakness #1.

It might be that you rush to finish the post and make them short so that you can keep up, but cut off other people without meaning to. I don't mean to point you out because it's not entirely your fault, but you are a part of the problem. I think that I just might be as well. Sometimes I am guilty of the same thing. I'm afraid that someone's going to post before I will get the chance to post, so I BS my way through the post, cutting off people as well.

Perhaps we can both find some way to remedy this. What are your thoughts?

No worries from me. You already told me your intentions over Mumble. :p

@Wriggle

If you ask me, it might actually have been a good idea, make people think a bit more. :)

Well, I have been more patient in terms of waiting, and check most,if not all, related posts to not forget anything, it will still have flaws, but with time I will manage to make good posts that don´t put other people away.

Work has been calming down, but has its spikes where I have to work even at home. I´m really trying to check on not putting others away, but please give me the grace that if I and X person are doing something, Y person should also check before posting something and tell us to change ours so we can adapt to him/her, even more when there is almost 30-60 minutes difference from our posts to his/her

Seeing Kristia's new avatar, I kinda wanna switch back to my first avatar...

Laaayyyyyyter.

Anyways, guys, uh... Not sure if you guys like this particular exorcise, but I kinda wanna do another interview thing for one (or more) of the other rps other than AtWaG (since, ya know... Not much process was made) like for TSU.

Of course, we can do another one... or not one at all, that's okay too.

@Wonder

I think that would be a good idea, but I probably won't be able to participate if it's done at a later time.

As for the interview not being effective, it actually helped me quite a bit. It allowed me to flesh out John when he is in mundane settings, as well as the other characters. :p

@Kristia

I might have an idea for this.

I think we should reserve posts. In other words, we type "<POSTING...>" whenever we're working on a post. This would allow us to know when someone is working on a post, preventing conflicts.

What do you think? Is it good to you?

When you put in 'melodramatic pricks' it sounds very offensive. When you accuse all of my characters of being 'dark' and believing that they should exist to entertain you or make you laugh, I get offended.

"I get offended," I say. Well so what? It fits but it doesn't mean a thing!

Maybe I judged you too vehemently. Pardons if that is the case.
