Dante turned to Lujuria when she spoke up. Seems like she's a little bit in the dark about the situation at hand, as such he decided to give as simple of a rundown as possible...
"Sorry girl, but this entire city is already in an epidemic. An epidemic of the undead. All I remember was something big happening deeper within the city, then a great power came over it. After that undead started attacking everything Streets have been swarmed with undead ghouls for a while now. So no real way of preventing it. We just have to look for any survivors and get them out of here before things get burned." Dante answered, sounding a bit unsure of himself for once as he turned to Isaac who has more knowledge of the situation at hand. "To be blunt here, I'm not the one you should be asking. I may have been fighting the undead for all the night, but I don't know all the details. When I finally ran into your boyfriend there, he seemed to know more about what's happening. So I'd ask him instead."

Julius was busy trying to formulate a plan with Toriel, one that'd help them deal with this beast. He was agreeing with Toriel's idea, but the question is... who would do the attacking, and who would do the distracting? Papyrus and Toriel seemed to have range on their side, while despite Julius's good throwing arm, he wouldn't be the most reliable in ranged conflict. So thinking about it deeply, he then was about to suggest that he and Frisk would do the distracting. However... Papyrus and Frisk were already on the move.
Frisk managed to get high up due to her jetpack, and had began taunting the beast. All the while Papyrus was on guard. Julius was clearly a bit on edge about this, as he wasn't sure if the plan would work or not. However after a mere 3 minutes, the beast inside the nest let out a loud ear-piercing screech as it began to slither out of one of the openings closer to the ceiling where Frisk was.
The Gigapede came flying out at a rather slow pace, at just the right height to get the child. With it's body twisting and turning as it began to open it's mouth as it slowly approached Frisk. Seeing this Julius readied his whip as he was about to jump into action.
At least they know one thing about this creature. The beast's nests seemed to be interconnected. So if it were to go into one of the web-covered openings in the walls, it could then come out of any of the other openings.
Fortunately just as the Gigapede began to emerge, a small blue heart like symbol appeared on the center of it's body, and just as it happened it began to quickly descend. While it descended it twisted and turned as it seemingly panicked. Papyrus's blue attack appears to be successful.

Meanwhile with Midna, Palutena, Pit, and Sans. Pit was busy returning fire with Palutena's Bow as he quickly strafed left and right to avoid shots from the Enigma's. Combined with Palutena's magic barrier protecting herself and Sans, and Midna's surprisingly effective combat style. The Enigma's soon fell one by one... eventually there was only one left, and it looked damaged and broken as it stumbled about on the top most platform.
Seeing this Pit prepared to finish off the poor creature with a well aimed shot from the bow he wielded. However... suddenly a very small, tiny white bone appeared from behind the Enigma and tapped it on the back of the head gently. Causing the last of the demonic archer statues to fall off the platform and onto the ground below where it promptly shattered...
Upon it's death Palutena and Pit lowered their weapons and magic as the room quickly shook... The central pillar in the room began to twist and turn as a set of spiraling stairs began to jut out from the pillar. Not only that but the red spiritual energy surrounding the door they came in from, and the door at the top of the newly formed set of stairs had faded. Leaving the door's unlocked...
Seeing this Pit and Palutena looked at each other, before turning to Sans who was previously standing behind the Goddess. However now he seemed to have left in his mysterious ways. Either way Palutena turned to Midna and spoke.
"That was impressive skill you showed Midna. Anyways down to business. If we are done here, it seems as if the doors have opened. So let's proceed. I'd like to try and get to the bottom of this tower as soon as possible." Palutena spoke as she then proceeded up the stairs. Pit on the other hand seemed to have stood to attention as he followed his beloved Goddess up the stairs.... Leaving Midna, and a rather strange looking plaque on the side of the pillar written in some strange language. The plaque had a odd aura to it... As if it was begging for Midna to reach out and place her hand on it... but why? It didn't feel as if it was some sort of trap. In fact it felt as if it was someone, something, trying to call out to her. Trying to tell her something important.
Paris, France
Meanwhile...
Down in the sewers of Paris, things seemed to be going rather smoothly, if not smelly. However as Carmelita and her little partner in crimesolving traveled down the sewers, the sound of something heavy and metal clanking down and locking behind them could be heard. If they were to turn around, they'd find the metal bars that were the entrance to these sewers, had slammed shot behind them. Judging by the size and age of the metal bars however. Something strong had to have slammed them shut...
Just then the sound of a splash sound in the water near the entrance could be heard... before something swimming quickly through the water dashed right past them. Due to how dark the sewers are, and how murky the water is. It was hard to see what it was.
