Betwixt and Between (Corridor of Darkness)
Right as soon as John saw the barrage of bullets surging towards himself and Mara, John forced auras of light to surround them like energy shields, blocking the Darkness bullets from Dark John's gun. In that very moment, John grabbed Mara, tossed her into the sled, grabbed the harness of it, and sprinted towards Reimu, Jason, and Utsuho as fast as he could.
"Get in, or you will die here!", John shouted at the trio as he approached.
From the tone of John's voice, the situation was dire.

Gaige shook her hand with Sana´s "Well my friends, aside from the collateral damage, the civilians are safe and healthy" she said glancing at the lack of dead civies on the area "Those robbers were just a distraction from the real bandits of that heli, jetpacks and split second maneuvers? they must have been trying to lure characters" the mechromancer guessed

Between beams, the ghost looked at the soldier "I have to ask, can´t you just make another portal or something? this place will be full of those things in less than a minute" she spoke making a spear of ice and threw it to the dark version of John

Shining Needle Castle - Gensokyo
Sonic and Shinmyomaru soon arrived in the jumpy house: literally an entire house made out of jell-o's. The furnitures, the walls, even the windows were made of jell-o's.
"Let's do it!" Shinmyomaru giggled in glee as she threw herself into the house, going full force at 80 mph and slamming into the jelly without actually bursting the jelly.
Itaewon - Seoul
"Okay I guess... I'll see you around then." Karen's Scrafty screeched as Knuckles walked towards the doorway. He cast an unreadable look and went to prepare a wet towel.
Kawashiro Backyard - Kappa Village - Gensokyo
"Let me see if it works or not..." Mitori popped her head out of a large heap of machines. She began hiking; yes, hiking, down the mountain of mechanical doodads toward Tails. "Do you think you can lift it, it shouldn't weigh more than 30 lbs."

When they finally got to the Bouncy House within the floating castle Sonic looked at it with an impressed expression on his face. "Well this is pretty cool. I guess I'll try it out for a bit." Sonic said as he quickly jumped into the bouncy house. As he did he began bouncing off the walls, ceiling, and floor. He began laughing out of joy as he began to enjoy himself in this experience. He had to admit that this was actually pretty damn cool.
Itaewon - Seoul
Knuckles began to walk out of the room, and down the hall of the hotel. Thinking of this whole ordeal.
After thinking about it Knuckles sighed. "I wouldn't leave them so suddenly... but I have to get back to my island and guard the Master Emerald... it is my duty as its guardian to do so..." Knuckles whispered to himself as he walked down the hall. It was near impossible to hear from Karen's room. However he remembered one thing that she said...
She knew what he was looking for...
As he remembered this he facepalmed as he took off running down the hall and into the room.

Tails turned to Mitori and thought for a moment. "I could carry it out of all this junk, but it will be a bit extensive." Tails said as he placed down his device the Miles Electronic on a safe patch of dirt. As he did he began to spin his two tails, causing him to go airborne. As he was in the air he flew over the device and grabbed it by the back. Once he got a good grip he began to spin his two tails faster, while he began to pull with all his strength. Slowly the machine began to lift up out of the junk pile as Tails was slowly pulling it out.
Myouren Temple - Gensokyo
After Bang's attack, a small red gem fell from the sky and landed next to Bang and Byakuren. Next to it landed the heavily and severely damaged body of the mechanical figure. Part of its face was destroyed, along with almost 25% of its body. Its left arm was completely blown off, while its right hand was missing some fingers. The figure's right leg was blown off from the below the knee, and the visor that made up its eyes was half damaged. As half of it was cracked, only capable of showing one red eye. The rest of its body and armor was filled with cracks, burns, and holes that were scattered all over its body. That is when the figure slowly looked at the red gem.
"Data... acquisition successful... Mission a-accomplished... Time to make my escape..." The metal figure said in a at first robotic tone, however as it finished what it was saying the tone began to sound more... human. Then with its last bit of energy it grabbed the red gem that was emanating a strange chaotic energy.
"C-Chaos... C-Control...!" The figure said as it suddenly in a flash of light seemed to vanish from the area... leaving a few of its own damaged body parts laying around the area.

Fiendish City
The sword impacted into the Tortodrone's head, but not all the way. It wailed in pain, thrashing around as it tried to dislodge the blade in it's forehead.
"Almost there. Again!" HP called out.
INV Flying Armory
"Koishi nodded at the operator, who made a salute and pressed a button, sending them down. They rematerialized on the roof of a building, next to the main road. Legions of undead and other ghastly beings shambled, ran, did everything in their power to move down the road, where at the end, a containment wall enacted by the Inventory was. In the distance, a pillar of smoke came from what seemed to be at the direct center of the city.
"By the gods, this place is looking less like a city and more like a graveyard." Koishi said, looking in awe. "We need to hurry. Who knows how much time we have left before the containment walls fail and they get out."

Sometimes when you're driving down a road, a bug hits your windshield. It's ugly and unpleasant, but you just activate the wipers / cleaning fluid and it's gone in a few seconds. It's just part of driving down the road. You don't dwell on it, because that'd be silly. Bugs aren't worth the time.
You just discard their guts and keep on driving.

"Unyu?" Utsuho looked at Reimu in confusion, oblivious to what was going on. She, along with Jason, had to be snatched into the sled by Reimu. "Aaah!"

Mara quickly fired ice beams to the oncoming nobodies as she saw the miko and crow girl, she then had an idea "Nuclear crow, we need you to fire a blast from here" she gestured to the sled "Priestess, your seals would be of great help to protect us from the blast"
"John, when I tell you, get in the sled we just got a bigger rocket" the froslass spoke to the spartan. Mara´s idea was to use Utsuho´s "third leg" as a rocket propulsion while Reimu´s seal would protect everyone inside the sled from the blast

To Mitori the machine was like a car, but in Tails' perspective it was the size of a tractor. How such a thing could only weigh 30 pounds was a mystery only the Kappas could know. "Just land it in the blank area here."

"Well, when something cold like ice is exposed to such dynamic change in temperature, it rapidly changes to gas, and thus increasing in volume in a speed that causes the sudden increase in pressure causing our sled to explode into pieces. Which would mean that we would be overrun."
A moment of silence went through the group as they had to soak in the sudden smartness of Utsuho.
